This store is a disgrace. The store manager should be fired. Clothes piled every everywhere and all over the floor. Could not even get a changing room because the piles of clothes were piled up taller then me and I am 5’7. At the check out their were only 2 employees in the entire store and behind their were carts of clothes. This store needs to be closed down.

This was the worst experience ever. The store was incredibly disorganized. I saw a rat in my quick change room. The clothes were strewn everywhere. A tornado flew around before I came. I suppose. This was actually disgusting. Send help. Don’t subject yourself to this torture.

I agree with others that the store is frequently in disorder. That has more to do with the pigs who patronize the store. They ruin it for the rest of us that would like to find neat stacks, with all the merchandise organized. The management can only do so much, but when the patrons are so disrespectful, there will always be a mess. I see the employees trying to straighen things up, but they cannot keep up with the will of those who are so thoughtless.

This store is a disgrace! Clothes all
over the floors, displays torn up, people literally throwing the merchandise wherever it lands. Management should be fired for allowing this once-pleasant store to become such a mess!

I don’t think I’ve ever been in an Old Navy that was such a mess. I walked in and the place was a wreck. Clothes strewn about, piled in messes, and almost everything was out of order. It made shopping a headache. I actually left and then ordered some items online instead while sitting in the parking lot.

Love this store. great section of merchandise at reasonable prices. Store is clean and laid out well. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about merchandise. Make sure you look at the clearance racks too.

It seems that the workers, except the gal in the fitting room, don’t like their jobs because there were no smiles or «Hi, how you doing?» Poor customer service. How sad.

Came in while visiting the area. I noticed right away– this store is gorgeous! Big, clean, bright, organized, fun displays, and the employees were friendly. This is quite possibly the best Old Navy I’ve ever been in. I’m totally jealous. I wish my local store was this great!

I’m an idiot. Who else shows up in the desert with only the bottom of their swim suit? I tried finding a new top at a couple of boutiques in Palm Springs, but they only had the tiniest style tops, which don’t work with my more zaftig frame.
I headed down 111 to Palm Desert and to the excellent Old Navy. I was in and out in five minutes with an adorable tankini which was also on sale! Score!

Great selection, friendly staff, and had tons of stuff in my size! If in the area again I’d definitely stop by, though it’s a bit odd trying on jeans when it’s 100+F outside.
