Honestly below average frozen yogurt compared to other places. Wasn’t that impressed, seemed cheaply made, and was slightly expansive for that good frozen yogurt.

Went here today enjoyed our yogurt but the service was below par. Then walking to the car we spotted the girl in the back cutting fruit with her bare hands. Riverside Health Dept. requires food service gloves. May report to health dept.

Would not take coupon and very rude. I would not recommend to anybody. Overall the yogurt wasn’t bad but certainly not worth the attitude. Also, what business doesn’t honor there own advertisement. I won’t do business with any company that falsely advertises.

My family and I were craving some Froyo after having dinner. This specific Froyo place appealed to us because of their 20% off Unilocal offer. We went all the way inside the mall and they refused to honor the offer. We tried talking to them and explaining how all places honor their Unilocal coupons. However, they still refused to allow us to use the deal. We would of went to the other yogurt place if we knew this was going to happen. This is horrible for any place, especially when they’re some sort of franchise like tutti fruity. Don’t go here. It’s not worth it. If you’re craving Froyo go to that beach front one. The workers were told not to honor any sort of deal and they looked so confused. I said it once I’ll say it again don’t come here.

I really mean to give them 2.5 stars since I’m so-so and c’mon it’s froyo, but eh, 2 stars will unfortunately do. This froyo kiosk conveniently located in the center of the mall USED to be the go-to! Sadly, after my experience a couple of weekends ago, I can do without… without the TERRIBLE service. Cons: –A bit crowded with«employees» behind the counter –I asked for two sample cups(to help myself, of course) and the girl working«there» reluctantly grabbed a sample cup and paid only enough attention to get me one sample and pretty much shove it my way. RUDE. –Toppings were starting to mix together, so I passed on toppings that day. Shortly after I sat down to enjoy my froyo, I saw the same girl who handled my transaction working upstairs at a nearby kiosk(…but that’s none of my business *sips tea*) My point: Get your cool fix on a blazing hot day in the desert but try to ignore the unprofessional service that you may experience and just enjoy the froyo, lol!

Didn’t know it was in the mall. Headed in anyway. Tried to use Unilocal offer of 20% off. Was told they don’t honor any coupons or gift cards. I explained that this was a Unilocal offer specifically for this location. She still refused to even consider it. Either take the offer off or honor it.

What’s better than frozen yogurt on a hot 99 °F Palm Springs day? This self serve frozen yogurt shop had more than 10 Flavors from chocolate, peanut butter, mocha, various fruit Flavors and a sugar free option. Fresh fruit toppings, such as strawberries, berries, kiwi, etc, to sugary toppings and sprinkles.

I’m confused. Why all the raves? It’s not horrible but definitely nowhere near 5 stars. Mediocre at best. Froyo was very watery and toppings, boring. If you’re like me, in search of a place to get froyo based on Unilocal stars, skip this spot.

I’m from LA where the options for getting yogurt rival the number of cars on the 101 fwy so I guess you could say I’ve been around the metaphorical yogurt block. Every now and then I go to the Indio area to visit a few of my mistresses and one day decided to get her yogurt(girls love yogurt btw). I looked up yogurt places on my ultra rad smart phone then found this place and noticed it was in the mall. I thought, «holy crap, how convenient!»(girls love malls, too) Once there, I saw they had a pretty good selection of yogurt and toppings but not only that, they also had milk tea with boba!(which the ladies definately love). I was gonna get my usual taro with yogurt chips but then homegirl behind the counter recommended me this popping boba thing. I was gonna deny her & thwart her obvious attempt to up sale to afford college tuition but hey, not only am I a baller but I’m also a nice guy, so why not.(YOLO) I was first reluctant to try the popping boba but once I put it in my mouth I was like«What the hell just happened in my mouth?!» Obviously I meant this in the best way possible. I guess Pringles was right. Once you pop, you can’t stop! Not only was the popping boba dope but the yogurt was definately above par from what I was used to. The taro was rich and creamy, the toppings were fresh and crisp. What doesn’t this place have thats not good?! All in all, I had a pretty damn good experience at this tutti frutti. Relatively cheap for the quality and quantity of the yogurt they serve. The short asian girl with the glasses that works there is pretty cute, too;) dibs

You can’t get a better spot than the center of a mall(well, if it’s the Palm Springs mall, then maybe). For the consumer, the center of the mall is an even better spot when the business offers a quality product as Tutti Frutti does. With the interesting and unique kiosk setup, Tutti Frutti commands attention and lures you in with awesome flavors like Taro and the new super extra radical awesome Soy Bean. The guys and girls who work here are really friendly.

This place is super duper special awesome. The yogurt is made from a special lactobacillus mixture that has a diet predominantly high in anabolic steroids; this yogurt is no joke and will kick your ass if your a pansy. The staff here are patriots that fight for our freedom as Americans and knits clothes for the homeless on their spare time. This place was under heavy fire from the Environmental Protection Agency recently because they were breeding baby unicorns in the back room to make drinks from their tears. I would recommend this place to anybody except those with Diabetes Mellitus type 2, because wtf are you doing at a yogurt shop with Diabetes Mellitus type 2? –K
