Way overpriced! 13.71 for one scoop on chocolate cone if chocolate and cherry Garcia in waffle cone. Inside filthy! Avoid at any cost.

If you have kids avoid this place it is $ 6.00 for a scoop of ice cream us an additional $.75 for a cone. I spent $ 20 just for my kids for ice cream you can buy at the store for a lot cheaper.

We all know Ben and Jerry’s has fabulous ice cream but as a parent of a child with a food allergy (peanuts and tree nuts) I have to rave about the service at this particular shop. Sometimes when I ask staff at restaurants, etc. about food contents or safety measures to prevent cross contamination I’m met with staff that is obviously bothered by my interruption of their normal routine or simply not helpful. Well not at this Ben and Jerry’s! When I told the server helping us of her allergy (his name was Jason) he immediately addressed my daughter directly, asking her what she wanted ensuring her that there were no nuts in Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and he even described the steps he would take to ensure there would be no cross contamination. My daughter is 8 years old and has had to use her EpiPen more than once so she has become very anxious about eating out. Jason made us feel confident that she could enjoy her ice cream safely… something all children should be able to do without worry! Thanks Ben and Jerry… and thank you Jason!

The best place to go for ice cream in the valley. The staff is super friendly. They also have yumy cookies and brownies.:)

This places sucks, came to get some cream and they closed 30mins before the posted sign… What kind of monster does this, my Prego wife is not happy! Thanks Ben and jerrys …

I came in to have my usual Cherry Garcia. The ice cream is great but the appearance of this store is not so great. Floors were sticky, tables were sticky and there was trash on the floor. Employees were really nice but I just wished that the store was a lot cleaner.

OMG Amazing!!! I had the New York Super Fudge Chunk and it was absolutely the BEST! The were open till 11 pm so I went there after the movie and it was so worth it! So… wake up people and try it!!!

Fast and friendly service, great ice cream if you don’t mind the health consequences. But once in a while its not bad for you. The smallest cone will run you 5 bucks but its delicious.

This Ben & Jerry’s location is a regular stop for my family and I every time we visit the Palm Springs area and are near the River mall.
Recently my daughter and I came in for our regular «treat» on a trip and had a great time. The manager was the person working the counter that day and was very friendly and helpful. The ice cream is ouf course funky sounding, sweet tasting… and they still have «Scotchy Scotch Scotch» here which is my personal favorite.

Love this particular spot of Vermont groovy in the desert. It is on the small side, so you better eat your cones before the heat outside melts them!

Despite the number of people ahead of us, the friendly and efficient staff eliminated the line quickly — even patient with accommodating my request for a taste! Casual and efficient stop in satisfying one’s craving for a quick ice cream.

The guy who works here is awesome! Very funny guy who made the wait easy and the entire experience worth while. The ice cream is not a surprise; Ben and Jerry’s is great! The staff will keep bringing me back.

Best customer service we have found anywhere in a long time. Trevor & Olivia were the 2 people working Wednesday night and they were both so friendly and chatty. Ice cream was yummy as always but the real stand out was the happy employees.

Nice on a hot day in Rancho Mirage. The staff was very friendly and helped me with deciding on a non high fructose ice cream. It was delicious and my little one was happy. I’d be back.

After enduring the terrible music at the Yardhouse, we love to come here for a sweet treat. My favorite is the Oatmeal Cookie-​so so good. The boys in our group ordered frozen bananas with nuts; I had to crack a joke and luckily the cashier had a sense of humor and played along.
Their ice cream is super good and there aren’t many by my house; it’s nice.
