Four Points Hotel by Sheraton

Stayed here quite a while back with a girlfriend for a night out without the guys. The room we got had a nice jacuzzi in the corner, a king bed and a lovely view of Lake Tarpon. Had dinner downstairs at what was then the Sea Grill. Very nice, upscale, lovely lingering dinner. Then drinks over at the bar area where they had a nice jazz band and dancing! (I love dinner/​dance places, I know it’s old fashioned, but oh well) Retired to the room and had long baths in the large jacuzzi while finishing our wine. Morning brought a beautiful sunlit lakeview and we went downstairs for coffee and breakfast, watching the boats come and go. It was a very nice evening, with decent service, wonderful food, nice clean accomodations. SInce then the Sea Grill has left and I have heard very negative things about the rooms and service! I would visit it in person before booking a room in the future, but fo rmy stay it was quite nice.
