I don’t recommend using Green Tech. A fat ugly guy named Steve W. with an attitude spent maybe about 30 minutes «inspecting» for termites, charged $ 85, and really didn’t do much talking/​consulting. Dainty women have shook my hand more firmly. The guy just seemed like a creep to me. Our lender sent him out to inspect for termites so we never picked this company ourselves. Fat ugly Steve did place a sticker with his company logo on my garage – which he never asked me permission for; I promptly removed it. No advertising for ugly fat Steve.
I have told EVERYBODY in my condo community to avoid this company and not to use fat ugly Steve W.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. This company is the absolute worst. They were all too happy to take my money and here I am, left with the same problems I started with– they refuse to deal with it. BEWARE!!!

Horrible company to deal with. I had ants marching up and down the exterior walls of my house and into my children’s bedrooms for nearly 8 months. Their tech was incompetent and inept. The owner is completely absent and has little concern for customer issues. They are duplicitous in their billing and don’t deal in good faith with you.
