This company bought out the company we used for years for termite prevention. I think the guy running it is overwhelmed with the accounts because the service is not as good as it used to be. Appointments made, no show or cancelled by the service crew. Trying to get an appt is not easy because «they are so busy» and I could tell they were trying, but where my problem is… is that I don’t trust the work they did at my house. I am supposed to have some kind of termite repellant, Termidor?, a powder blown on my property and I have no evidence that this actually happened. I don’t feel the process was well explained and I guess I will call again next year and ask questions and see how I feel about their company at that time.
