Market Salamander Grille

Absolutely delicious food! Went in with friends and we started off with the «all in dip», and the white flatbread with chicken added, yum! Then, for my main course, I ordered the poached salmon. The server was well informed of the menu. We had a fantastic time! We will be back!

I tried to muster more than a three star rating but I just can’t make it happen. The food is pretty and as we all know you eat with your eyes first. If only my eyes could have helped my jaw chew through the pork belly!
My wife had a grossly overpriced sirloin but at least it tasted good and was tender enough for a low quality cut of beef. We started the meal with the spring roles. They weren’t terrible… Not amazing but not terrible.
There were 3 servers and 10 tables and they couldn’t handle the amount of patrons. The service was friendly but slow. I spent the majority of the lengthy meal without a beverage.
Overall it was over priced and underwhelming. I would recommend going off-​property if you have the desire for a quality meal.

I’m giving it 3 stars only because the staff was so on point. The food isn’t anything special honestly. I got the Chinese Chicken Salad with balsamic vinegar dressing, which I appreciated how the chicken was shredded, but it was nothing I’m eager to eat again. The ravioli was really basic, nothing enticing about it at all.

Live in Trinity area, Went here on New Years Eve for Dinner, drinks etc with freinds.
I would give it more stars, the staff was great, the food was good but the DRINKS were horrible, the drinks were wrong, fruit, no fruit, wrong mix and these are just Vodka and soda/​Tonic drinks, PLUS the booze was NON existent.
My wife is a very light drinker maybe 3 on a good night, when she says the drinks are light thats bad,
The waiter was cool and went back to the bar several times and asked for a topper to try and make us happy but you could tell he was not having a great time begging the bar tenders.
All in all, we spent over 600 bucks for the 4 of us on dinner and drinks until 1 am or so.
We will not go back and spend this kind of money and get a measured maybe 1 ounce shot, sorry Innisbrook you lost out on four good people who tip good and go out often.

We had our breakfasts and lunches there and all was good. awesome food. good portions and great service!

I might give the Grille at Innisbrook 3.5 stars. We’ve stopped in for lunch a couple of time after a round of golf. The greek salad, tuna club and grilled veggie sandwich were very good — — - and so were the waffle fries. The lesser stars are due to service. The wait staff is not very polished and at times slow and/​or lacking of the common courtesy’s (i.e. keeping the water glass full, responding positively to requests). They are not rude — — - just not polished or what you would expect from a resort. They could also use some help in servicing folks who stop in for a drink as they are rounding the turn to the back nine. Their drink service is quite slow.
The ambiance with the outdoor patio is great. .. if they would just step up the quality of their wait-​staff to match the service you receive at the rest of the resort, I would consider 4 stars.

We live in New Port Richey, an area devoid of quality restaurants. Your options are extremely limited if you want to get dressed up and go out for a nice dinner prepared by someone worthy of the title «Executive Chef». Well today I am happy to add a new option to the top of the list. While the Market Salamander Grille is not located in New Port Richey, it is conveniently located at the Innisbrook Golf Resort which is only a fifteen minute drive down US 19.
I suppose the reason it took us so long to find this restaurant is due to the fact that it is located at Innisbrook. I just assumed you had to be a guest or some kind of member to eat there. This is not true. All you need is a reservation.
The restaurant has a huge patio area complete with two fire pits as well as a large indoor area with a bar. We ate outside as the weather was perfect and they had live entertainment.
We began with the drink menu. They have a good one. I started off in my comfort zone and ordered a mojito. It was forgettable. So then I switched to the caipirinha which was better (even though it was misspelled on the menu). Then I had the Dark and Stormy. It was delicious and will be what I order from now on.
We started off with the Black Thai Shrimp with spiced cranberry relish and Malaysian dipping sauce for an appetizer. It was delicious. Living in Florida, I have been exposed to shrimp prepared a hundred different ways. This was something totally different.
I ordered the Blackened Tuna for dinner and had it seared. It was cooked and flavored perfectly. It was served with a Five-​Spice Asian sauce that I wanted to bottle up and take home with me.
Overall our experience was great. I am so happy we discovered this place and I can’t wait to go back and try their brunch.

Fabulous grilled salmon and great service both in door and out.
Great fire pit on patio and often live music.

I came to the Innisbrook Resort and Spa for a company outing. We arrived on our first evening around 7PM and were really hungry after a long flight. We headed straight to the Salamander Grill thinking we would get a quick bite to eat. Boy were we wrong. The place was half full and it took them over 35 minutes to get the five of us bottled beer and diet cokes and our appetizer of onion rings. It took a complete hour for us to receive our entrees.
We decided to place bets on when the second round of drinks would come and surprisingly it took only 2 minutes. At the end, when she came back to give us our checks, she forgot to give 2 out of the 5 of us our checks.
I’m giving it 3 stars because the Lobster Mac N Cheese I ordered was amazing and one of the best Mac N Cheese dishes I’ve had (or maybe it was because I was starving by the time I finally received it.)
