It was awful. Went in for lunch at 3:00 pm, we ordered a hot dog, and prime rib salad. There was only one other table occupied. Ordered the prime rib medium, it came out literally black, inedible, and ice cold. The hot dog was cold. We ate a few bites of both, paid the tab, and left. Also, the music was so loud, it was difficult to have any conversation(just think… Shake It Off, Taylor Swift, blaring at 3:00 pm).

I probably eat here two to three times a month and have always found the service to be outstanding and the food portions to be quite large and well prepared. The main draw for me is the large selection of craft beer on draft. There prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area and the service is better than their competition. If you plan on eating here bring an appetite!

We visited LBC last night(thursday) and not only was the music too loud but you couldn’t hear each other talking. We ordered 1 order of the salmon slider and 1 order of the regular burger slider. The salmon slider was tasty but way too overdone and the bun was stale. The burger slider was overdone also and the bun was stale also. I don’t think we’ll try this place again.

Honestly, I’m über impressed with the atmosphere and the two times I’ve been for lunch I’ve had the same server. Although she was very sweet I was not impressed at all with the food! Sadly disappointed to be frank! Because I’m not the type to complain I just paid my bill, tipped her generously and left plates of food on the table. The onion rings were heavy and soggy. The shrimp was overlooked and chewy and my $ 10 cocktail tasted like dishwater.

Delicious and fun! They have a large selection for food and drinks. The plates are pretty big and not too expensive. They have live music there everytime I’ve been and some games you can play.

Update: Went in Tuesday night to meet a friend, we were sat at a table and told our server would be right with us. There was about 4 to 5 other tables of people and a guy singing country songs on stage, we sat for 20 minutes and nobody came by our table to get our drink orders or even to say hello, I tried to get one of the servers attention and she just walked by, needless to say we got up and walked over to Longhorn and will not be returning to LBC.

I can see why people like this place, if you are into unhealthy types of food. The menu is very limiting as far as healthy options go(that do not include animal products or byproducts). The best thing I could get was the lettuce wraps with no meat in it. The outdoor patio seating was nice and the people working there were nice enough. Everyone who came with us to this place are now returning customers… for now. This wouldn’t be my first choice of going out for food in Palm Harbor but meh, I’ll please the crowd. They are owned by the Lucky Dill people(ridiculously overrated establishment in town) Also can you people get a working website??? No, a menu on Facebook doesn’t count lol

We enjoyed our lunch. The menu is pretty large. We had ahi tuna appetizer, which was just average, the cucumbers with it were very good. I had the smokey and the bandit sandwich, buffalo chicken w gouda cheese and bacon on a pretzel roll, which was very good. My mom had the salmon on brioche roll which she said was excellent. The back patio looks pretty cool with pingpong, adult jenga, corn hole and more games couches and stage for bands. I will try it again when bands are playing, saw they have bearded brothers and black honeys play here regularly.

What a SHITSHOW! A server actually came up to us asking«are you the table who got hair in their wings?» … You have GOT to be kidding me! The food was was typical gastro pub food. Up-to-date bar food. Pretty good quality. But the service all together was AWFUL! It’s not worth the drive to come back here. Took forever to get a drink. Server forgot we ordered an appetizer and then drinks can out after we were done with apps. Facility was clean, bathrooms were fictional and clean. But I’m a stickler in service, which here was terrible. Another upsetting quality was the fact that some kind of liquid was dripping from the ceiling onto my arm while I was eating. God knows what actually fell on our food and drinks. Maybe we will come back when it’s not so busy, because clearly they cannot handle a crowed. Upsetting to say the least.

Service is very good. I had the wings and don’t care for the taste of the wing. The sauce is good but the wings taste like they have been previously frozen. My wife’s choke chicken sandwich was excellent. So I’d recommend avoiding the wings and get the choke chicken. Atmosphere is great, beer selection is outstanding!

I love this place. Great place to get a nice craft beer like a Cigar City Brewery Jai Alai and nibble on something tasty like their beer cheese soup or chicken zangers.

The food wasnt bad… the service was horrible. Our waitress(who later learned will be fired from other waitress who finally helped us). Seemed totally fine with serving us a pint glass with a crack in it. Her demeanor was super fresh and annoyed with us for her forgetting our order. Thankfully we found a new waitress who saved the day. Also, this place seemed super sketchy to me the police as well as they kept circling the lot. I will never go back to this place. Definitely not a classy joint.

LBC has become a favorite among my circle. Although it has all the staples of a sports bar-pool tables, tvs scattered about, and tons of beer on tap, its vibe and décor make a great place to hang out with friends and family. There is frequently live music outside and the outdoor scene feels like hanging out on a friends(very well appointed) patio. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Ive ordered the meatloaf cupcakes with mashed potato icing everytime. The naked wings are some of the best in the bay area and they offer a wide variety of sauce combinations. The cocktails are strong and the beer is fresh. If you are planning on hanging out on the weekend, go early as it is usually packed and seating is limited.

This seems like a nice place to meet friends over a drink. Not being a big drinker personally, I really liked the Pineapple Cider. Our server was new but checked on us quite a bit. I think the only downside(for me) was eventually they started playing live music which makes it a lot harder to have a conversation. I suppose people go for that or they wouldn’t have that as an option. Still, a nice ambiance, plenty of parking, and some decent casual though basic bar food. I still enjoyed hanging out here.

Since this place(and Lucky Dill from the same owners) will soon be sharing the former Boizao space at Westshore and Spruce/Boy Scout, I met a friend who lived in Palm Harbor for a drink here on the opening football Sunday. First, I was selfishly suprised they were not busy at all. Clearly, this place is built for noise as pointed out in other Unilocal reviews. Therefore, having a very modest crowd inside kept things at a level where my friend and I could converse on things other than how painfully awful Lovie Smith really is as head coach of the Buccaneers. Because we were only there to watch the first half(The Titans led 35 – 7, so the game was clearly over anyway), our time at LBC was limited. We did not have any food although mutliple employees kept trying to put food on our hightop table near the bar. This is why runners should not exist, since they generally have no clue where to take food and customers shouldn’t have to waive food away or flag food down that they ordered. However, the food plates we saw were enormous… although I’m reminded that others posting reviews here talked about«Quantity over Quality» in this department. Honestly, the furniture near the bar seemed cheap and our table never stopped rocking back and forth. Televisions are put in awkward spots, are blocked by lights hanging above the bar and if you sit outside at the bar itself, you cannot really see a television at all. There are plenty of beers on draft and wines set up the same way and the value was average as our three Corona Lights ran about $ 5 each.(The only specials during the Sunday NFL were buckets of bottles, which I personally stopped buying in my mid 20’s.) Seeking out the manager on duty before we left simply for information on the new location across from International Mall, he was extremely friendly and forthcoming. Sounds like they are trying to be up and running with Lucky Dill/LBC in that Boizao space by end of 2015, which seems a little optimistic to me but I am happy to welcome them to my neighborhood. The outdoor game space at the Palm Harbor location apparently will move primarily inside in Tampa and it is really nice to see an adult-themed place that has pool tables, darts, ping pong, beer pong and even a putting green. Perhaps the food will be as good to me as the size of the portions when I try it on a future visit and the televisions will be set up better in the new location. I do like the concept, so maybe the second location will improve on some things from the first store.

Tons of great local beers on tap and a pretty extensive, original menu along with a loud, amped up atmosphere make for a fun place to hang. We stopped in to watch a Lightning Finals game, the place was packed so we sat at the outside bar facing into the place and watched one of their many tvs(not a bad seat in the house). We started with the triple dip appetizer where you get to pick your three choices. We went with buffalo chicken, beer cheese, and spin dip. All were very good and were served with a huge plate of focaccia, potato chips, and tortilla chips. This was a huge appetizer! We followed up with the meatball cupcakes, which were topped with mashed potatoes and filled with cheese and the pig and fig flatbread. This was actually more like a deep dish pizza that had granny smith apples, goat cheese, prociutto, figs, and balsamic reduction. Everything was delicious! The bar staff did a great job taking care of us. They had great knowledge of the beer list considering the 99 different taps, and were upbeat and friendly considering how busy they were for the game. We will be back!

Finally made it out to LBC, I wanted to go here since I saw the sign go up, but never got around to it. Until now. First off I am a little disappointed because unlike the name suggests, it isn’t a brewery and they didn’t have many local breweries on tap. The closest brewery was in Tampa, they didn’t have any from Pinellas County. On the other hand the food was really good. We started with the Buffalo chicken dip, which was amazing, but obviously made for a party of 4 or more, not 2.(Yay for leftovers!) I also got this sandwich which was a Pretzel croissant, it left me wanting. Both great by themselves but combined made it neither croissant nor pretzel. I would go back because they have a bunch of tap and a lots of TV to watch hockey or football. Update: It’s too small of a place to have a band with the kind of set up they allow. When they have a band you will want to sit outside, because you can’t hear yourself think, much less the people sitting at your table.

WOW, it is finally open! Took them a while but they’re here and they’re pretty tasty. We tried to stop by last weekend on a Saturday, but there was NO way that was going to happen. I’m thinking the fire hooping out in the courtyard might have something to do with that. Given that I was dealing with a migraine headache, I didn’t want to sit inside where the noise was magnified, we opted to sit outside where the air was fresh from rain, and there were tables that were covered and along the wall. We sat under a large fan, in an area lit by edison light bulbs and surrounded by topiary. It was lovely. Our table had been carved from a single log and during a busy night, I’m guessing that it would seat up to 12. The Menu is impressive. It’s HUGE with a lot of selections, a lot of plays on words, a few double entendre and such. Playful, I like that. I was pleased to see they have my ABSOLUTE favorite starter on the planet… Buffalo Cauliflower. ZOMG. for $ 8.95 you get what seems to be a whole head of Cauliflower, with bleu cheese and celery. — I found it odd that we were charged for our dipping sauce, but our waitress was new/training, so I didn’t say anything, and it was only $ 0.50. We perused the alcohol selection, I opted for diet soda, while the husbeast chose a sour beer. I honestly don’t remember which it was, but he seemed to like it. It was a local ale/cider blend. Our mains. I chose the Chicken Caprese entrée, it came with a side and a salad. The husband ordered a sandwich, named after a movie, it was a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was HUGE. My meal was sized well, a split chicken breast, with mozz cheese, tomato slices and basil drizzled with vinegar, the side I chose was«garlic green beans.» the only slight issue I had was that the green beans were bacon green beans, and that is NO real issue for me. ;) the husbeast decided to get his side as chips. LAWDY the amount of chips was obscene! I will mention that there was a table with 4 people outside near us. The waitress serving them. wasn’t exactly the most professional. At one point, she went off into the darkness with the male of the group. I’m guessing it was her boyfriend, and another waitress came out looking for her. She was gone 10 – 15 minutes. They went behind the building, or onto the side, it looked a bit sketchy. *shrug*

Opening LBC took almost a year But the long wait is over! It’s finally here! Jess and the other bartenders Were incredibly attentive. Their tempting menu items Were extremely inventive! Things like meatloaf cupcakes Came straight off of Pinterest. But there were plenty of options That piqued my interest! I got the pretzel croissant sandwich With short rib and beer cheese sauce. I’d order it again That sandwich was boss. The layout is really cool. With various options for seating. I definitely will be back For some gastropubby eating!
