I enjoy going to the pool store. There are usually a few guys standing around so I never have to wait for service when I visit this location. I’ve had issues with my pool vac and the tech took my unit and took it apart to find parts that were inop. They had the parts on hand and were able to replace and repair my vac in a very timely manner. They are all very knowledgable and helpful. The only thing Ive been disappointed in was the positive reinforcement for me to purchase a solar blanket for my pool. It did absolutely nothing but keep the leaves out until I roll it up. Huuuuuge waste of money. Overall, they’ve earned my repeat business and I see no reason to try another pool store.

This location has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in any business in my life. Anytime I go in they are very helpful and pleasant. I will not even go to another pool place ever only to here.
