I have been a happy and loyal client since being a new pool/​homeowner 4 years ago. They provide you with honest estimates and sound advice. When I first gave them a call, I asked a ton of questions and they more than happy to educate me. Even Michael himself has been out to my house for repairs/​estimate. Everyone from Bonnie, Juan, Camilo, Misty and Crystal. I could not ask for better service. Family owned company with amazing service and a stellar staff. Thank you for the years of wonderful service and more to come.

Wonderful service & staff! Please use these guys. Bay Area Pools (completely impersonal and unprofessional) 3xs stiffed me for service as a brand new pool owner in an established account, and after calling around for new service, felt very comfortable with Michael’s. Bonnie in-​house explained some basics to me, something 3 other companies neglected and in some cases refused to do, and she had a service tech, Juan, out to me within a day. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions, and did a fantastic job with the maintenance. They have a loyal customer here instantly– highly, highly recommended.

Friendly, fast and reliable service. I’ve used them on two major re-​plumb projects for my pool pump. office staff is very helpful. they’ll be upfront with you about cost (which is almost always the lowest in town). great company.
