Queen’s Pizza

First of all I will say that the food deserves MORE stars than 2. But the entire experience is what brought it down to a 2 could have been a 1 star. The phone call to place the order. That’s where it starts. The girl was not helpful. Probably new. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. First told me they were located on US 19 and Tampa Road. Then someone yelled to her that wasn’t right. Then she told me Lake Georgia Road and Tampa Road. I knew that wasn’t right either, but at least I knew where she was talking about. Asked about various items and she wasn’t sure. She had to always put me on hold to ask. I told her a specific time I would pick up our pizza and wings. When I arrived (THIS IS THE PART THAT KILLED ME) it wasn’t ready… that was fine… but the lady who was also working the front desk had her boyfriend there sitting at a table in the corner. She went over to the boyfriend who held her hand, kissed her hand, caressed her hands while they were lovingly talking to each other (INAPPROPRIATE behavior while you are working), while the young girl was trying to handle the people calling and coming in to place orders. She was in over her head and the short haired lady was oblivious because she was so focused on her boyfriend. I sat there in awe. Maybe this is a family business. But if they were my employees I would not be impressed. The food, however was good, the pizzas were good! It was expensive. I could have done Papa Johns for ALOT LESS.

Pizza is so good. Regular pie is somewhat of a deep dish. Garlic knots aren’t so good. Got a regular pie with spinach sausage pepperoni. Got another mushroom with ricotta thin crust. Use the coupon online within the promotions tab.

Picked up a to go order on a Monday night, the place was empty when I got there but it was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We got a Greek pizza, the ingredients were fresh and tasty although the pizza was not sliced well. (We had to re slice to get the pieces apart. Overall it was a good meal and would recommend giving them a try.

I would have loved to give Queens Pizza more stars but… I have called and had pizza delivered 3 times from Queens. Pizza was good but ALL 3 times I have had to call the Palm Harbor location only to be told to call the other location… After calling back and forth I get my order taken… Tonight, AGAIN, I tried to put in an order for dinner of 6 and I get bounced back and forth… Guess my business is not that important since on one wants to take my order and deliver me food. By the way. I live in PALM HARBOR under 5 miles from each establishment.
Ordered my dinner from another restaurant that had NO problems taking my order and my money!

Having just moved to palm harbor, I’m on a mission to find the best pizza in the area. Queens is my favorite so far. Everyone is always very friendly. The pizza is very good. It’s more pan style than New York, the sauce they use is excellent, not too sweet or overpowering, and they go a little heavy on the cheese, which is very flavorful, which I love. The Greek salad is excellent as well. Queens is my new go to pizza place.

Good pizza, but a little pricey.
I had a
coupon to use and when I ordered on a Tuesday, I was unaware it was Greek Tuesday where they had a lot of specials. I ordered a Greek salad with gyro meat on top (skip the meat — it wasn’t fresh off the the spit, instead it tasted like frozen meat. Yuck), and a medium everything pizza.
There was soooo much confusion when I arrived for pick up. I wasn’t allowed to use my
coupon because it was Greek night. What? No where on my coupon did it state any restrictions. After arguing with the girl up front, a manager came out and took care of it for me.
When I got home and unpacked my food, there were garlic knots in there, which I did not order and I hope I did not pay for. The garlic knots weren’t event that good.
Would I return? Probably not, since the first time was such a huge ordeal and the pizza was a little overpriced.

Queens pizza is very good greek pizza. I also love their dinners. Delicious. Can’t wait to go back

We have been eating at Queens since they were over on Sunset Point Road many many moons ago. I think their pizza is absolutely delish! They have the best Greek salad I have ever had anywhere! Everything always arrives hot and fresh! Highly recommend!

Price: Very affordable! If you order delivery before 4PM there is no minimum for your delivery order, and no extra delivery charge. ⁵⁄₅
Really impressed with this place. I can’t wait to try all the other food on the menu!

I tried to order a pizza from this rudely managed establishment. Apparently the person answering the telephone was smart enough to figure out that my caller ID resolved to California, but not smart enough to figure out that it might be a cell phone.
