I rented this home out for a bachelorette party/weekend of R&R. This home was gorgeous. Its was very clean and spacious. The only thing that was a bummer, was that there were things that were in need of being fixed and or already not working or broken. We paid a pretty penny to stay here for the weekend, and so i expected things to be working. Not sure what happened, but the AC unit was leaking puddles into the hallway the majority of the weekend, the outlets in the kitchen only worked half the time, couldn’t use the speakers to listen to music in the house due to what i can only assume a wiring issue, only 2 of the 4 burners on the stove actually worked, and the bbq never fired up, and the oven was being held together with a golf club. Other than that, we made the best of it and had a lot of fun. However, i probably wouldn’t stay here again for $ 2K.

This place is a phenomenal getaway with distinct attention paid to the details of relaxation without sacrificing the normalcy of home. For those who prefer to «staycation» vs. checking into a hotel, Bound was amazingly comfortable and spacious. The décor is a perfect mesh of 60s Sinatra/JFK mixed with contemporary amenities and state of the art technology like Nest, Roku and the works for football fans with NFL Sunday Ticket. Outside is a picturesque landscaping effort with a full grill, space for entertaining and a legit pool. Whether you’re looking for a bachelor party for the boys, a weekend romance with your shorty or a family adventure, Bound has everything you’ll need.
P. S. If you’re a fan of the Coachella or Stagecoach Festivals and planning to attend the concerts, abound sleeps 10+ comfortably I’m told. Not sure if they’re booked yet but worth a look if you’re looking for the party spot.
