The Rancho Mirage location is AWESOMEAWESOMEAWESOME!!! Albert Charles and Brandon are the best. I’ve been going there for only four weeks and am extremely happy with not only the progress of my injury but the level of care that they actually have for their patients. It shows in the way they work with not only myself but every patient that walks through the door. Comfortable atmosphere and everyone there is a total professional. Charles is extremely knowledgeable and Albert is an OT wizard! Many thanks Complete Care!!! Im looking forward to the rest of my occupational therapy.

I go to the one in Palm Springs(they’re now on Paseo Dorotea) & would recommend them to anyone. I have been in physical therapy before but never had physical therapy that actually treated the underlying condition, or gave me exercises to do @ home. Even my pain management doctor(who is out of the area) was impressed that I found a place that understood my condition & is treating it effectively & appropriately. The therapy is varied & includes hands-on, tools & occasionally a machine. They use common exercise equipment that I can purchase inexpensively & continue not only my individualized program but a general exercise program. They do use students from Loma Linda but they are always supervised. Maybe having been a student myself(RN) I understand that’s how they get trained & I can’t think of a better place for them to get training. Excellent, knowledgeable therapists that operate in a professional compassionate manner. And don’t let me forget FRIENDLY. If you gotta do PT it’s a great, fun place to do it

UPDATE: As It turns out my experience here worsened my condition by handing me a lower back exercise graphic Instruction to perform 2x at home. One twisting exercise while on my back, legs up, arms extended, twisted the area of my spinal stenosis at L4−5 I have experience with only one other therapy installation at Eisenhower Physical Therapy. I did not return. This one is newer and brighter but suffers from an emphasis on mechanized or apparatus centered therapy with too little hands on. Also there are students on the floor and during the intake with the single MPT which distracted me and made my connection with the MPT, Master Physical Therapist, impersonal with me as a sideline. He passes the patient off to someone else and felt to me that he had more important tasks at his computer, essentially an overseer/supervisor. This despite the fact the appt. itself is with the MPT(presumably to satisfy insurance requirements for the record). I will not return at $ 80/session until my deductible is met when Aetna offers a discounted massage therapist for much less, with total hands on. My recommendation is for Medicare to look into this industry more carefully as well as the health care insurance industry in general. Massage therapy works well for many by itself and could save us all millions spent elsewhere, including drugs.

This place rocks! My therapists are Mike and Mondo. They’re great-compassionate, knowledgeable. I have Muscular Dystrophy, a disease that requires exercise in moderation. These guys got it without me having to explain it. They’ve tailored an exercise program for me that works without overdoing it. I’d highly recommend this place.

Got an ache, got a pain? Can’t move around like you want to? These people are so kind, patient and knowledgeable! I had a knee problem and they taught me the right way to move my body and they also taught me great exercises that I will do the rest of my life to stay strong. The staff is super-friendly and fun! Very clean facility, too.
