Completely unmemorable chicken wrap. Ordered w/o oil & vinegar, came drenched in oil & vinegar. Chicken is rubbery and tasteless. They make you think they are slicing the wrap by cutting into it, but their knives must need sharpening, the cut only went half way through so when I picked it up it disentegrated. I had no choice but to eat the bits with a knife and fork. Very poor quality control, expensive for tasteless food.

I have only been to a Jersey Mike’s in Ontario, CA and my experience was much better than that I experienced at the Palm Springs location. I had my sub sandwich using the spinach wrap. First time that I tried it that way to avoid all the bread.(Subway gets it right with their flatbread) Not having heated the wrap shell well enough beforehand made the sandwich chewy which was not a pleasant experience. I think their quality control should take another look at this process and instead of placing the wrap shell on the grill for a few seconds, perhaps a longer time period would make for a better sandwich. I probably will not return again for a repeat.

This place is delicious. They are the only sandwich place that will grill the sandwich you order right in front of you. Besides the grilled sandwiches everything else is amazing. The bread and the meat are great. All the staff are friendly and recognize me every time I come in. I don’t know why all the reviews aren’t 5 stars. I recommend!

Have become a regular — service is always good, have never had a problem with my order being incorrect — everyone is smiling and seems pretty genuine.

Just went to Jersey Mike’s for the first(at Smoketree) … and last time. $ 9 for a non-memorable sandwich. I think not. Double the price of subway, and I’m not sure there is much difference. That being said, I am not a sub eater… thank goodness… was just in the mood for some hot pastrami. And there was so much corn meal, or whatever it is on the bread, I had to scrape it off. Figured for that price, that it came with chips and drink, but it does not What makes this place succeed?

Was in Palm Springs for a basketball tourney. Took the team here a group of 16. They gave us a great deal. The staff was friendly and fast. Great place to eat ! Thank you.

Sadily one of our subs got messed up but the manager on site appologized and fixed the sub as well as refunded it for courtesy, even though we didnt ask for one. The friendly vibe and customer service is great. :) best meatball subs ever!

It seems like the staff has actually gotten worse since opening. There is one girl who never has it together, so if I see she’s working I’ll just walk out and go to Chipotle next door. They can be slow at times, but the hot sandwiches have to cook so there’s no rushing those. Also, I enjoy«mikes way» but they always slather the oil and vinegar on, making the sandwich soggy by the time I start eating it, so make sure to tell them very light oil & vinegar.

Well what a disappointment… for the 2nd time! Gave it another try thinking perhaps because they had just opened up, they might need time to get their game on. But no. Didn’t happen. Just assumed they would all be the same — this Jersey Mike’s really pales in comparison to the Palm Desert Jersey Mikes. Palm Desert gets it right every time! This is the same sandwich I order every time — regular club supreme, Mikes way. It’s like it’s not even the same sandwich! Bizarre. I say, skip this Jersey Mikes and head out to the Palm Desert location. Such a bummer for us, since this one is in our neighborhood and we were so thrilled about it. Not so much anymore!

There was one person in line ahead of us today, and it took what seemed like forever for the kid making his one sandwich. The girl working the register just stood there with a glazed over look in her eyes and couldn’t have been less helpful. The real issue was — how can they not make your sandwich on top of the paper they are going to wrap it in? They do not clean the counter between making sandwiches, which we found to be gross and asked them to make our sandwich on top of the paper they were going to wrap it in. Don’t expect to get in and out quickly, we were there for over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches — to go. The food is good, but not worth the wait, and not worth them making your sandwich on top of someone else’s crumbs. Bleck.

Worst sandwich both of us had. Sandwich maker could not get it correct, had to keep repeating myself. Seems very unsanitary as they made all sandwiches on same board without wiping it down for each order. Will never go back.

Not impressed. The sandwich maker could not get the orders right, did not clean sandwich making area between sandwiches and consequently the sandwiches did not look or taste good. I will not return to Jersey Subs.

First time at Jersey Mike’s — Subway has nothing to worry about… Ordered a #2 and #9 — Nothing to bring us back again… I ate by second ½ with out the bread… much better. Their bread is just a filling and so flavor…

I had lunch there today and I must say one of best subs I have had in a very long time. Just the right amount of olive oil and seasoning and get pickles on it makes it that much better.

Pleasantly surprised. Rarely go out for sandwiches since I can make my own. I tried Subway once and that was enough. I had the roast beef sub and it had sufficient meat with fresh lettuce etc. I would return.

I have been to Jersey Mike’s twice, and have not been disappointed. I grew up on the Jersey Shore and this place was a through back to the fantastic sub shops on the boardwalk. Enough nostalgia. The subs are fresh and the cold cuts are sliced in front of the customer. Great freshly baked Italian bread. I haven’t tried the hot subs yet, but a friend told me the Philly Cheese Steak was unbelievable. He is from Philly and I trust his assessment of the sandwich. Really nice addition to places to get a quick meal in Palm Springs.

My husband and I really enjoyed our pastrami Reuben sandwich. I had mine without sauerkraut, the thousand island dressing it came with was very flavorful. The 4 girls greeted us with such friendly attitude. Very informal and they told us about the manager special which was a very large sandwich with 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks for $ 16 I believe. Will be back to try out other sandwiches! Oh ya, there was this really weird man who ordering, then complained… One of the girls was trying to accommodate him, he said it was fine… But«next time» walked outside… And was staring at the ladies talk about what just happened. He was going to walk in, but then walked away. Creep. Please learn how to order a sandwich, it’s not that difficult.

This East Coast guy loves subs and Jersey Mike’s Subs in excellent! One medium sub provides me to days of lunch.

Ohhhh, this place is awesome! Been waiting for a good Italian Sub place in PS for a long time, Jersey Mikes fixes that! I had a #13 Original Italian, and my better half had the #17 Famous Philly, both were most excellent! Although the«regular» looks kinda small, it’s filling, me, afraid I’d still be hungry got the«giant», and had half leftover… So…you’re safe with a «regular» :) Even though the place just opened, the staff seemed well organized, and orders filled promptly, I called in my order and it was ready when I arrived… I think the same owner has the Palm Desert, La Quinta, and this location, so things are well oiled and running smoothly even for a new store… Highly Recommend! Most excellent sandwiches… Tip: Call in your order if possible…

Nice to have Jersey Mike’s in the neighborhood. Although it was only day two and people kept streaming in the door, the staff had no problem keeping up. Plus they were very friendly. Food was good of course. Sandwich Spot is still my favorite but Jersey Mike’s is great to have as an option.
