Let’s be clear the two stars have nothing to do with probably the best coffee in the desert(it’s not burnt like the other local roasters) AND they know how to do muffins where the others are clueless. Way understaffed and a bit disorganuzed. Waited 20 minutes to have the muffin come out of the microwave for reheat. And took 10 mins standing in line with only 2 people ahead of me. Morning businesses have to be on the ball as some of us have tight schedules. This is just a heads up to the owners… you’ve done an awesome job at rising in a crowded pool… don’t blow it… spring for more staff!!!

Very good coffee place. They have wifi and the prices are fair. I tried their cheesecake which is super good.

Wow! Had their breakfast burrito and it was phenomenal! It wasn’t too big but it was delicious! I can’t want to come back.

I’m lucky enough to have my office in the same building — so I have been here… once or twice! The breakfast burrito’s are fresh and delish — I ask them to add potatoes, that’s a secret. At lunch the spinach salad is amazing. I’m not a big coffee person, but I hear the coffee is great too! Indoor seating is nice and when the weather permits(often) the outdoor patio is a great way to spend some time relaxing.

Great coffee with a chill atmosphere. Ordered a chocolate raspberry caramel latte and was absolutely satisfied with the taste. Great customer service, a plus!

Great little café in the bottom of an office building. It is a rather strange location but we were amazed how many people were making the journey to get to this place. We ordered double espressos, ristretto, and they were absolutely fabulous. Some of the best coffee we’ve had in the United States. Smooth with not a hint of bitterness and perfectly roasted and extracted to bring out only the sweet, caramel flavors of the coffee. The breakfast burrito was solid, but not stellar. The quiche Lorraine on the other hand was amazing. It was made in a deep dish pan and obviously was hand made. Unfortunately it looks like it was microwaved so the outer crust was a bit soggy as opposed to crispy. If they had put it in a blast oven and warmed it up there after the microwave, it could’ve at least given the crust a little crispiness. Having said all that the filling was amazing. This is not your standard quiche that tastes or has the texture of basically an omelette thrown in a piecrust. This was a creamy, cheesy, extremely flavorful bacon filled center with great flavors of all components. Highly recommended for the coffee and the quiche lorraine.

Best coffee in town. That’s all I really need to know about a coffee shop.

The staff at Ristretto is always so friendly and helpful. Let’s face it — we caffeine addicts need to be babied for a while in the morning until the coffee has a chance to get us going. Top quality pastries and coffee drinks. Try the pistachio muffin — might be Dr. Seuss green, but it’s awfully good!

This modern coffee shop has a great location and stylish interior. Seating and ambiance are very comfortable and welcoming. Coffee: Ordered a Breve Café au Lait and a Cinnamon Buzz Chai with pistachio muffin on the side. Breve was pretty and taste ok, but nothing spectacular. Chai was on the sweeter side with a nice flavor reminiscent of Horchata or Arroz con Leche. Pistachio muffin was delicious. They have a nice assortment of food and snacks. A few that stood out: Cottage cheese with dates. Qinoa salad. Bagel sandwiches and wraps. Prices are all very reasonable.

I had breakfast here the other day… their green tea latte I think has vanilla powder in it:(I’m still dreaming about matcha and milk only!!! Maybe it would be a good idea to list ingredients!!!

I love the other popular coffee shop in town, but they do not pour a good espresso. This place does and I think it might be the only one in town that does. I agree the décor isn’t exactly to my taste, but my love of a good coffee easily allows me to ignore this ;) The food is good, but nothing I need to point out. I’m coming here for the coffee.

Really, really good coffee! Great service, and lots of tasty options(i loved my cheddar bagel, with cream cheese, tomatoes, and lemon pepper — it was fresh, and more exciting that my typical bagel breakfast).

I came in here today for the mere fact in almost 4 years since my daughter has been born I haven’t took a «me time» coffee break. Yeah I’ve been to shops that I snuck in a cup of coffee between errands, but not a scheduled coffee date with good ol’ Me, Myself, and I. The family had some more Christmas shopping to do and I was done so it sounded like the perfect time to grab my kindle and find a beautiful coffee time that is relaxing and just read, uninterrupted. The modern décor of this place is gorgeous. It’s small, the perfect size. 2 TVs without volume, fresh scones, amazing coffee. I ordered a Dirty Chai recommended by Matt. He explained that they used powder Chai which is absolutely phenomenal. He was so right! I ordered a pumpkin pie latte to go as well as a few coffees for the family. They also carry Italian sodas. This place was spot on for what this Mama needed. I will be back when we visit and move here in the next year or so.

This place reminds me of an airport coffee shop. All you need is jet fumes and a board listing the departing and arriving flights, and you will be there. Suggestion — Some nice plants outside would help with the stark concrete jungle. Inside well… Hire a designer. I don’t do coffee, but I do like to socialize with friends. A bunch of us met up and I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and a can of soda. YUCK! I’ve had better bagels in an airport lounge than the one I had here. Bready and pastey is all I can say. My first and last one I’ll order from them. Aren’t there better options they can chose from. I’m not afraid to try a scone. oh. have to run, my flight is boarding.
