I am so happy and satisfied with Charlies. The Desert is lucky to have him. My charger for my 2013 Volt quit working and was out of warranty. The manufacturer did not have any repair service and told me that I would have to buy a new one at $ 500+. I went online and did some research. I ordered a cheap part and Charlie’s soldered it in place for me. Wow it worked. The service fee was very reaswonable. Especially compared to the alternative.

The quality work at Charly’s has gone down. Now they take too long to fix your devices and they have terrible customer service. The guy had a really bad temper and i couldn’t discuss anything with him because he got altered and told me to leave his business if i didn’t want to accept the high price he was charging me for a simple repair. I know a guy that used to work there he was one of the best technicians there, he eventually quit because of the bad treated the employees receive there. He went on to start his own business and provides mobile service to all electronics around the entire coachella valley. Well anyway, i was disappointed at how they have gone down. Definitely wont go back there to be yelled at again.

Charlie is the greatest repairman ever. As nice and honest as they come. I had my DVD player in my car go out and the dealer was going to charge me over $ 3,000.00! Charlie found one and installed it for under 700.00. He gave me a price and they had to order more than one and it took a lot of man hours but never charged me an extra cent. I just took in a large tv my husband thought wouldn’t be worth fixing and he fixed it for a very reasonable charge and again, not nickled and dimed for this or that. He gives you an estimate that’s reasonable and sticks to it, I would drive quite a distance to see Mr. Fix versus any other repair shop.

I have been doing business with the owner Charlie for many years. They know what they are doing when it comes to repairing complicated media systems. I have a Pioneer Elite TV that needed repair, not only did Charlie send some to pick it up to repair, but he installed a replacement TV so I wouldnt be without a TV. I have had to called him last minute and he has sent someone to fix a cable, change a speaker, or reprogram. He is HONEST, I had two other companies tell me I need a new amplifier, to connect Apple TV to system, Charlie told me I needed a cable and my amplifier is excellent, works perfectly and does not need replacement.
