This location needs to get their shit together! Dumb asses can’t get an order correctly or know how to use the Internet! Losers!

I had the best experience I ever had at a pizza place. Service was Expedient, friendly, and oh the pizza tastes great. Kudos to the workers at Pizza Hut Palm Springs.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered double cheese tonight and got next to none. I asked the manager for a green salad with romain lettuce only. She said she would only do it this once. I will never order anything again here in So. Palm Springs, Ca 92 264

Seriously with this place… AVOID IT! I have lived in Palm Springs for 10 years and the ONLY time I order from here is when I was pregnant and craved stuffed crust. This location is particular is horrible. When you order online Pizza Hut advertises for many discounts/​coupons but when you click it for this location it does not work, says NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION. The prices are ridiculously overpriced. 2 large pizza’s with stuffed crust, a 2-​liter and cheese sticks were over $ 50 on delivery ($ 3.50 delivery charge). I contacted corporate and they mailed me 3 coupons for Free Pizza (3 free total).
So, I call to put in an order. The first time the lady said she could not hear me and I hung up. The second time I called a lady said she could not hear me very well, I asked her to turn her volume up and it was very loud in the background. She then said she could hear me. I asked about using the coupons and then she put me on hold. Another lady (assuming the manager) got on the phone, I started asking about the free pizza coupons I have from corporate and once again «I can’t hear you» so I hung up. I am on a landline phone, clear as day on my end. Called back on my cell and once again «I cant hear you». I GIVE UP with this location. I will (hopefully) go to either DHS or Cat City and get my pizza with my coupons.
This location hires people that speak broken English, one of the delivery guys smelled like weed and I called the store to tell them and then the driver kept calling me and hanging up (caller ID). The pizza falls apart when you get it, it is not checked before you accept it as mentioned before on another review. One of the lady delivery drivers is nice. For $ 20 per pizza plus extra for stuffed crust, tax, delivery, etc. RIDICULOUS.

Why do you waste my time and your advertising dollars regarding your $ 5 deals when someone calls and they’re told it is $ 7. This is Palm Springs, not San Francisco.

I live less than 2 miles away and they don’t deliver, boo! Oh well, the Dominos on Sunrise is absolutely amazing!!! They totally rock it and this is coming from a Chicago girl ;) I know my pizza, also try the pasta it’s great.

The lady at the register Lisa is very sweet. I feel sorry for her, angry folks staring at her because the pizza they said would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes hasn’t been started yet.
Not enough help for the volume of orders. I blame the management not the poor folks sweating it up here.
My major complaint is they take your cash 1^st then tell you sorry your order is now taking an hour from when you placed your call for pick-​up.

Terrible service. And when it comes to boxing up my leftovers, they aren’t allowed to give me large regular takeout boxes? Really? It took several of their crappy, flimsy, tiny takeout boxes to box up all my leftovers. And to think I started things off «right» by leaving a 20% tip even though I had to leave my seat and order and pay at the counter. Wowza. And I got my own drinks. And my own refills. And waited forever for the meal. And no one ever checked to see if we were enjoying our meal. Enjoy that tip honey… it’s the last one I’ll leave at this establishment.

Great place to eat! Good customer service. Pizza and wings were delicious. Dining room is very clean.

I’ve given the shop numerous times to try to get it right, and they never do. And hour and 15 minutes later on a weeknight at 8:30 and I still don’t have my food. They always have excuses, and they always have new drivers. If you order from the store go and pick it up.

Store mgr and customer service some of the worst I’ve ever had. Ordered online was advised they don’t deliver outside of the 5 mile radius. My hotel was 2.75 miles. She (store mgr) was so rude and refused to deliver!
This was our first time in PS and omg being a service industry job area I was blown away!
Terrible! She should be fired!

Pizza hut, so so dissatisfied, I got sick my gf got sick and we missed out on work now normally I would expect to be able to call talk to a mgr «josh» for instance and he would refund my cost on bad food. I called and complained to «josh» and was told his mgr wanted a Dr. Note now come on pizza hut I’m not asking for my toilet paper bill to be reimbursed lol I just wanted what was fair, I would have been good w a credit but now instead of a good review you get a complaint a angry patron who would have been a good paying customer, now i will never ever come to your establishment ever again. Should have just given a credit… Two thumbs dn for you pizza hut in palm springs your policy’s are just as your pizza giving me the customer the run’s!

Great pizza & very friendly girls that worked here. –1 for the restaurant ambiance because it was dark & needs a remodel.
Ordered pepperoni lover’s pizza. Also, make sure to use a coupon code bc we paid full price for a medium pan pizza ($ 13) when carryout is usually a lot cheaper.

Convert to Dominoes if this is your local store!!! Store manager as well as entire customer service experience is a nightmare, but TISHA the manager is particularly unprofessional. I’d rather convert to Dominoes after 20 years than be treated this poorly.

If I could rate it zero stars I would! This place is terrible! First off I waited on the phone for 20 minutes then waited for my pizza for an hour and then called and told them I would pick it up and they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I get there they tell me the delivery man is already at my house. Then I get home and the pizza man told me they didn’t get my payment AFTER I payed on the phone. Then I look at my bank account and see they already charged it. Then Pizza Hut MANAGER calls me and accused me of trying to STEAL PIZZA! They talk very ghetto and have no common knowledge! The pizza was cold and had no taste. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON SOGGY, COLD, TASTELESS PIZZA WHEN YOU COULD GET DELICIOUS, HOT DOMINO’S PIZZA DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY WORRY!!!

Another disappointing experience. The pizza was delivered as if it were upside down! Not to mention, not fully cooked. Just an overall grossfest. Never again.

This place is a mess. I order my pizza over 1.5 hours ago and they still haven’t delivered it. I hope this isn’t like last time when they gave our pizza to someone else and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get what we asked for. If I could give negative stars I would.

Need to pick up a hot Pizza quickly for my friends and as I entered the place looked like a House from outside. In the blazing heat found parking under a shade of a tree and went in a friendly person took my order, within minutes the Pizza was ready as I had the thin crust.
Also got drinks and and this was in and out in 5 – 6 minutes.
I like this location of Pizza Hut and they have excellent service.
The cost of large or medium Pizza was $ 8 the same.

We had a late dinner here and were looking for something nearby and light.
We split a thin crust pizza and I had a salad. The salad bar was okay but nothing special. The lettuce was fresh but the cherry tomatoes were whole and the carrot sticks needed to be cut into mouth-​sized portions. The broccoli was okay, but there wasn’t much. At least the croutons were fresh and crunchy.
The pizza took about 15 minutes to arrive. My partner had a meat eater’s pizza while I had a chicken, mushroom and tomato pizza. I think I erred in ordering a thin crust instead of a regular crust. My half of the pizza was pretty good while my partner’s half was «okay.»
When we were done, we waited a long time then had to summon the waitress to bring a take-​home box and the check.
All in all, the meal was okay but not memorable. Next time, we’ll search for a better pizzeria.
