Fantastic Pizza, amazing Fettuccine, heck everything is killer. Fun place so glad we finally went there. Forget Bills Pizza, if your in Palm Springs, this is the place. Plus THEY DELIVER, not just food but beer and wine as well ;)

I like to come here. It is, convenient to the bars and the salad is good. The pizza by the slice is convenient bur tastes a little like frozen. Which is not the biggest problem this place has. The biggest problem is the rude bartender. This is one of the most unhappy people ever.

Billy Dean and the crew tonight is the greatest. Always love the staff and the food. We come here so much we feel like family here. Thanks to the crew.

This place has a lot of good and a lot of bad. I really love the food and drinks, the one african american bartender was very sweet, but the tall guy had zero personality. Took the bill, charged the card and didnt say a word? Um, thank you would of been nice. He has been there forever, so as a local I know what to expect but can be a huge turn off for someone visiting. The zucchini sticks were awesome, got about 12 for $ 6.95. totally worth it. Their pizzas are also very good too. Sit back, relax, grab a drink and enjoy.

I had several pizza’s here for dinner and they are very good. Mine are fresh and crunchy. I personally like mine kind of crunchy so this is a plus. The inside décor is warm, clean and feels welcoming. Definitely worth checking out if you are nearby

Been coming here for a long time, but keep forgetting to review… AWESOME Pizza and Salads, but also Fish and Chips, Pasta… amazing Meatball Sandwich and the BEST KEY LIME PIE!!! The staff is cool, too!

The worst food ever. Tons of salt. Ordered supreme pizza, and buffalo wings. Trashed the entire order. When I tried to call back they told me that they will accommodate something else. Next day when I called the place an order the guy was rude and acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about it. Wasted $ 35.00 for nothing. NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Complete rip off! If you enjoy eating salt and low quality food, this is the place to go.

We had their supreme pizza with a side of meatballs and it was delicious. Yummy! Plus they delivered!

This place deserves 5 stars! Great music, because I love the 80’s and 90’s, he also played some new stuff. The pizza was to die for! My son ordered the Sicilian and it was sooo good! The hubby and I got the bacon/​avocado charbroiled burger with Swiss cheese on a buttered top hamburger bun that was a little crispy. I think this is Palm Springs best kept secret! The fries were tasty and the ranch dressing was great. They even deliver all over Palm Springs! Can’t get any better then that!

This was our second time here and it was excellent both times. The first time we had pizza and loved it so we decided to try it again. This time we opted for other things. I had a BLT that was FILLED with great bacon! My partner had a burger that was perfect. The waiter we had both times was a really fun guy and we liked hi. We would return again!

Pizza by the slice was great & my waitstaff Billy and Roshanda were simply AAAAMAZING! Friendly as all get-​out!

We had mozzarella sticks, fried zucchini, diablo sausage pizza, and supreme pizza. All was delicious. Friendly atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend the diablo pizza if you love garlic. They had a feta with pear option that looked good too… next time!

Let me be clear, this review is for a delivery order. I have not been to the establishment, so am in no position to make any comments in that regard.
The phone service was very good: Courteous, professional, and accurately captured all the information without placing me on hold or other unnecessary waiting.
Delivery was prompt and the lady was again professional and courteous.
Unfortunately the pizza left something to be desired. The amount of salt was surprisingly high, and the amount of spinach in the Stuffed Spinach pizza left something to be desired.
I would give 4 stars for the phone and delivery service received but only 2 for the food quality … thus the over all 3 star rating. Since this was my first experience with Café Palette, given the food quality, I may give them second chance. But if it is no better, that would be it.

What great café, the service is the best, just ask for roxy! Ice cold beers and sitting outside enjoying the mountain views. Come enjoy some great food

Roxy, Rich and Billy D (he does what he wants!) make this place awesome. They treat you well, keep people laughing and if something’s not right with your food, they take responsibility for it and get it fixed. I eat here all the time because the food is always consistently good and the delivery is usually very fast.

Overall Service: Friendly and courteous waiters and bartenders. Management needs to fire the tall dorky, dazed bartender but, they let him stay and drive away customers. It’s bad when this guy is here during the weekdays, I only visit on the weekends now because, I get much better treatment from Rocky and Billy.
Staffs response on compliments: They appreciate the compliments.
Staffs response about complaints: I didn’t complain but, I did let my observation about the other bartender be known.
Recommendations:
Two ** stars or less dont consider.
Three *** stars be cautious.
Four **** stars or more highly recommended.
Quick Notes: I always get a hug and a kiss on the cheek when I come in and leave. The bartenders/​waiters are friendly guys, besides the one who is dazed. I like their sandwiches.

Hubby and I stopped here for dinner after Fur Friday at Hunters. Palette is one of our reliable dinner places and it didn’t fail us this time, either. We ordered:
Combo Platter Appetizer (to share)
Serrano Burger w/​pasta salad (for hubby)
Pizza Burger w/​fries (for me)
The Combo Platter was very filling in itself with most of the deep-​fried items listed in the appetizers. Condiments accompanying include ketchup, ranch and cocktail sauce. I really enjoyed the Onion Rings in particular because the batter was very crispy. The Chicken Tenders, Fried Zucchini and Mozzarella Sticks were also good. I wasn’t a fan of the Jalapeño Poppers, but that’s just because I’m not a big fan of cream cheese. There weren’t any Hotzarella Sticks included to our knowledge.
Hubby enjoyed his Serrano Burger although it wasn’t as spicy as he was hoping. He said the pasta salad was nasty and didn’t eat it. Our waiter mentioned that if he didn’t like the pasta salad, he could bring something else, which he did. The cole slaw was better, but nothing special, according to hubby.
My Pizza Burger was pretty good. In addition to the pepperoni and mozzarella already on the patty, the full complement of lettuce, onion and tomato was also included on the plate. I skipped putting those on the burger, but I did eat the tomatoes after finishing my burger. The fries were not quite steak, but thicker than a regular fry.
Service was good and the food was solid as usual. This is what makes Palette one of our «old reliables» when we can’t decide on somewhere new to eat. We will be back!

It was a Saturday afternoon and no one wanted to leave the pool, but everyone was hungry and Café Palette delivered for us. Literally. They deliver anywhere in Palm Springs actually which is pretty nice.
We only ordered pizza, and fairly plain ones at that (one cheese, one pepperoni), but the slices totally hit the spot. They are one the thinner side and deliciously greasy which is how I like my pizza to be and they are also pretty reasonably priced for pizza that is delivered (around $ 12/​pizza.) Plus, once it came Abby S was able to fulfill her dream of eating pizza in the hot tub. That kind of experience alone is worth 4 stars in my book.
If you find yourself in Palm Springs, in need of pizza, and without the desire to drive Cage Palette is probably just what you’re looking for.

We like the food as well as the delivery service. Homestyle cooking, big portions and nice family.
Hope to actually dine in the restaurant space one day!
