I was referred to Dana by another construction professional who didn’t handle the air conditioning needs that Nicol does. In spite of it being hot August and lots of people with A/​C needs, they were very responsive. They handled some additional needs which came up on my other A/​C unit which they weren’t even there to fix, and gave me a very competitive price on a new mini split unit for my game room. They showed up when there said they would, the installation when very smoothly, they were clean and took care to ensure that everything was done right before they left. They in turn gave me a couple of other needed referrals, and we may now also use them for additional skylight work in our house. This is now my «go to» company for A/​C or construction related needs.
