Dissapointed in one word describes this Rite-Aid, ever since they remodeled this location, it feels like the employee have gotten bigger heads or somthing like that. Daytime crew int as bad. But for instance they yellow tag sales on a selected few items for each department. I was browsing the candle section and they had a tag up that saidb“BUYONE, GETONEFREE”. So i made sure to read the fine print so as not look a fool at cashier register. And rag said all candlelight candles, wax, ect. Was buy one get one free. Well i went to pay, and candles dlcame up full price. Well she walked we with me to candle section and grabbed one two rows on top of the tag and saits only this one. I said well the tag say all candle lite are on this sale. So she takes the candle that she grabbed and which i thought she was gonna scan and instead of the two candles i chose. Which also cost the same exact price of $ 11.99. But then she just tell me the total amount for now three candles. I said wait i want these two candles for the price offered and i definitely dont want this 3rd candle that you just added to the bill. Well she dint like that and gott snappy and walked away; saying a manager will deal eith you? I was shocked and diturbed by thhis whole attitude. By time the managrr showed up i was soo annoyed that he dint even ask why he was voiding three items off and just gave me the bill. I tried explaining nicely, but he played dumb. So i said forget it. In any othervstore like walgreens or cvs, the manager/cashier would see they pkace the wrong tag up, but they would honor what the discount was becausr i was there misshap. I wont go back to this rite aid again. I dont know if its new managment. But obvioulsy its no a good thingm sorry, i hate giving bad reviews.

Incredibly rude pharmacist/supervisor who was a total a-hole to my girlfriend who was in much pain. Whatever happened to customer service and helping people who are ill?

It’s pretty shitty like just about all rite aids but there are two buts. First what can you expect from a place that’s 24⁄7 and the Latino lady was cute and funny even at midnight!

Is it too much to ask that a pharmacy be stocked fully? Is Neproxin an unusual pain killer? To come from a serious dental appointment and 1. Have the pharmacist not be able to get to your order for 30 minutes and then 2. tell you he is out of the painkiller your dentist prescribed so you have to race over town for it… never ever will I go to Rite Aid again

So unfortunate that when you visit from out of town and you don’t have a Rite Aid card, the store doesn’t even have one for you to sign up for. so I had to pay full price because they had now way for me to sign up for a rite aid card. I asked, can I sign up online and the cashier is like maybe. This is why I always uses CVS. Where has good customer service gone.

One Heineken from the Heineken House at Coachella? $ 10 A twelve pack of Heineken from Rite Aid? $ 10.99 A great stop for all of your Coachella essentials, beer or otherwise! Lines can be a bit long to check out but for cheap beer, it’s worth it.

Perfectly lovely RITEAID drug store location in the heart, well, just a little to the right artery of the heart, or Palm Springs. Abundant free parking. Our motel aka«Inn» so they could charge us more but deliver less, had very few amenities. We needed to stock up on a few items. I was delighted to find some of their own brand«generic» options available for lower prices. We are trying out one such option, and so far it rocks. Which means next time, I’m stocking up here @ Rite Aid, albeit, another location closer to home, on the 2 pack.

Although this is a standard Rite Aid, it’s very well managed, clean, open 24 hours and the staff seemed extraordinarily happy, especially a shout out to Leo, who was so helpful and good natured — any business should aim for his level of customer service. To me, people really make the business.

Hi-ya! Sooo yeah they really need to ramp up on cashiers when the lines get long. At one point they had 2 cashiers and one had a guy trying to get a refund in a ice cream he was eating? I dunno, but it was ridiculous. The employees figured it out and more cashiers came to help, but it should have happened faster.

great location and reasonable prices. There was an exciting fight in the parking lot the night i was there… some drunk old A-hole(notice the capital A?) that couldnt park straight picking a fight with the young, polite, and hot bodybuilder looking man in an escalade that was parked correctly. the old fart was yelling that he had a knife and was going to get the young man and was going to key the escalade. Good times!

I visit Palm Springs twice a year to attend swing dance competitions at the Renaissance Hotel on Tahquitz Canyon Way. Unfortunately, I tend to pack in a hurry and things inevitably get left out of the suitcase, important things, and I have to replace them as I discover they’re missing. I have made numerous visits to this Rite Aid to make these purchases due to its convenient location. It’s address is officially on South Palm Canyon Drive, but you can also enter the large parking lot from South Indian Canyon Drive as there are entrances on both sides. I have only been here during daylight hours, but I’ve never noticed anybody sketchy hanging around either inside or outside the store. I’ve purchased medications for colds, allergies, cold sores, Ibuprofen, a toothbrush, and even lipstick and mascara. The store is very clean and well stocked, and has always carried everything I need. The employees are friendly, and there’s never been much of line at the register. I’ll be back again next August and if past experience is any indication I’ll probably be back yet again looking for dental floss or Q-tips or something else critical to my survival.

I don’t think you can ever have a fantastic experience at Rite-Aid, but this was a good spot to visit to get your typical daily needs. They have helpful customer service if you’re looking for that hard-to-find product.

Maybe the scariest Rite-Aid I’ve ever visited, and yes — I have been to the Rite Aid on Telegraph Avenue AND the Rite Aid on Fruitvale. This Rite-Aid features a large assortment of drunks, strung out junkies and meth addicts, as well as other desert rats. You can almost always find a couple of folks laying on the sidewalk right outside the entrance who are mumbling incoherently, all the while sorting through their assortment of cigarette butts. The store itself is VAST and carries everything a vacationer needs to flesh out their needs. I especially enjoyed seeing bottles of Absolut and Grey Goose in the cooler next to the Miller High Life — a nice touch! Oh, and they have the famous Thrift ice cream, which is the reason I was there in the first place. MMMMMMMMMMM… strawberry. Just be careful of tripping over junkies on your way out.

Located a few blocks just past the downtown area but not too far of a drive. This location has both a pharmacy and an ice cream counter where you can get fresh ice cream in a cup or a cone. A great place to stop by before you check in your hotel to grab your bottle waters, batteries for your cameras and ice cream… yah! They also opens late til midnight which is a plus.

This review is strictly for the ice cream. Its«Thrifty» who can complain. Right price okay selection. However, this Rite-Aid was horrible. Odd layout and 1 cashier?! Took forever to checkout.

Outstanding… In my opinion one of the best Rite Aids around… open 24 hours pretty good deals on beer… and you can go there at 2:15AM and get yourself a cone of ice cream… now tell me that aint worth a 5 star.

I walked in expecting Walgreen’s. But surprise the place is big. After wandering about I found an employee and asked for help. She promptly told me it is near the pharmacy. Ok can you give me a little more assistance? Aisle, point or take me there. Other than that this is one stop shopping. Not a bad place but customer service could be better.

I came in here to get some contact solution and I was shocked. It’s like a mini grocery store. They have liquor, food and an ice cream shop. What the hell. Why don’t they have this in Chicago? Aces to this place for it’s one stop shop.
