Palm Springs, CA
Savannah Shutter recently installed roller blinds throughout my home. The installation went fine, the blinds are high quality, and the price was reasonable. I did, however, almost immediately have a small problem with one of the blinds. While Savannah temporarily repaired the problem, they refused to help me file a warranty claim and left me to contact the manufacturer directly. This was well below my expectations for follow-​up service and idea of a fully successful installation.
