After reading the reviews we were hesitant to come here, but in all honesty we don;t think they were as horrible as people said. The service was great, the appetizers were delicious, and the ramen was good. Granted it is not as good as one would find in Tokyo or at some other higher end ramen houses in the States, but I don;t think it deserved the horrible reviews that it got. I have to say we enjoyed the food, and we enjoyed the great service even more. We will definitely go back.

This place is meh! But hey if you’re slightly tipsy, just hit the jackpot, and it’s super late and nothing else is open, then this place will be your best fucking friend! Their menu is pretty expansive. You’ll be pondering for a great five minutes at least on what to order. They have Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisine. Depending on the occasion and what type of event there is, the wait time can get pretty bad. Last time we waited 45 minutes for our food to come out. Spicy seafood Tom yum was pretty good. It was overly salty but I was hungry as hell at midnight and nothing else was open anyway. Beggars can’t be choosers!

With pleasant memories of the Noodle Shop at Mandalay Bay, we thought maybe it would be good to try the Noodle Bar. Not so much. David’s review pretty well covers it — worst mu shu ever, dominated by bean sprouts(are bean sprouts even in mu shu normally?) and completely devoid of cabbage and eggs. Chicken with string beans, nice fresh beans, decent enough chicken, but a congealed sauce that was not pleasant. Our server was very nice. The complimentary fried won ton strips with sweet and sour sauce were good, and maybe if you stop there you’ll get a good meal. I’m just glad we didn’t order anything with seafood.

I haven’t written a review in a long time. But sometimes a meal is so unforgettable, that you have to share your experience with the entire world. The food at The Noodle Bar is horrible. If the Spa Resort & Casino put this little restaurant inside their casino to please their asian tourists, I don’t think making those tourists extremely angry and sad is the result they were hoping for. I’ll get the plusses out of the way: The ice water was filtered, and didn’t taste like chlorine. I appreciated that. The complimentary wontons w/sweet and sour sauce was a nice surprise. The server was very nice and attentive. At the end of the meal, she brought out a fortune cookie and an almond. Both were okay. Steve and I ordered the mu shu pork and the chicken with string beans. The mu shu didn’t seem like mu shu at all. It was very bean sprout heavy, and didn’t have any cabbage. The pancakes they gave us seemed stale, and were most likely pre-made and reheated. They were almost inedible. The chicken with string beans didn’t fare much better. The sauce was gelatinated, and tasted like a combination of salt and vinegar. Very unpleasant. Which is sad, because had the sauce been better it would have been a fairly successful dish. You know it’s a bad sign when you realize that even Panda Express serves superior food than what you’re eating.

I just started going to the noodle bar and I think it’s great! I haven’t had everything on the menu but so far what I’ve had was DELISH! I’m not Unilocaling about the food but rather the unscrupulous actions of one of the waitresses. I got there with a friend and we sat at the counter facing the casino and there was a gentleman that was already seated. He had already ordered and was eating his meal when he turned to us and offered his dumplings to us. He grabbed the plate and moved it in front of us. We said no thank you but he insisted so we didn’t make a big fuss over it. The waitress comes over and notices that he gave us his dumplings and even commented on how nice that was(we all agreed). My friend and I were still deciding on our entrée so we ordered 2 glasses of wine to start with and continued looking at the menu. She came back with our glasses of wine and the gentleman next to us told the waitress he got our drinks(2 glasses of white wine). We ordered our food and while we were waiting for our meal to come out he had finished and was waiting for his check. The waitress comes out and he mentioned again that he got our drinks. She brings the check out to him and he again says please don’t charge them for their wine and she agreed that it was on his check. He was done we thanked him for the drinks and we proceeded to eat our meal and have a great time(food was yummy). We only ordered the 2 glasses of wine with our meal and we decided not to order anymore drinks. When she brought our check she had charged us for the 2 glasses of wine that was already paid for by the gentleman who kept telling her that he will pay for our drinks. *we didn’t ask him to pay for our drinks* he just wanted to. I pointed this out to her and she said he didn’t pay for the drinks and did I want to see his check. I said he did because he told her to put it on his bill and before he signed his check he looked at the bill and commented to her again about getting our drinks and joked to her about how much he should leave for a tip. Needless to say I was charged AGAIN for the two glasses of wine $ 9.00 each for a total of $ 18.00. I don’t mind paying the bill but it was clear that he paid for these 2 glasses of wine and I was being charged again. I don’t like to make a big fuss over things but I thought that was sneaky and shows poor judgement on her part. I really like this place but I think I will have to pass on going here again. If I can’t trust the waitress to be honest who knows how many times this has happened and no one else has caught it or said anything. It’s about reputation and you can’t run a business on being dishonest to your patrons.

The service was good. However the food wasn’t. Came here yesterday night and was craving phở, the soup was off, not cooked right(lacking flavor), and the noodles still had the powder taste on it; meaning it was not cooked long enough in boiling water. So I asked if they could just recook my noodles, they gladly did it for me except when I got my bowl back, everything else was super hot so my only thoughts were that they threw it all in the macrowave. Also ordered a martini and unfortunately the bartender was not available so my waitress asked if she could do it herself with the recipe book in hand, it tasted strong in my opinion but oh well; 3-stars for effort and friendly service. But I would not come here for phở.

Sui Mai was terrible. Steamed dumplings were slightly better. I’m assuming both were frozen and«steamed» for serving. I’m still searching for some decent dim sum here in the desert… This little in-casino place could have the Chinese restaurant market cornered if they gave half an effort in their food and service– it is clear they have no desire to be a place worth revisiting. Although Chinese food is hard to come by in the desert, I will not be returning.

This food sucks. No flavor. Heavy. Gabe me heartburn. the chicken was soggy and flavorless. The noodles tasted like someone the raw cloves in there and left the chicken to die. I will not eat there again. I would rather eat the leaves outside.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had! The service was almost as bad as the food. It actually grosses me out thinking of eating there.

Not good is all is all I can say. It’s in the Spa Casino and I had high hopes. Sigh. I had the Kung Pao Shrimp which was flavorless and my hubby had the Phở which was not good at all. The broth was watery and tepid. All in all, a huge letdown. And I lost money on the slots! Try the food at the Agua Caliente and play the slots there instead. I won two hundred bucks and the café there is amazing.

The food was blah. The noodles are greasy and the phở was horrible. Pork buns should be renamed buns smeared with a little pork. The kung pao tasted like it came out of a can. For a restaurant inside a nice casino the food is sub par. The service was good. Best part of this meal were the fortune cookies. Enough said.

Wow came here for late night phở and was sadly disappointed. Tasted like a salt lick and au jus mixed together. I’ve had phở at places all around the world and this is by far the worst overpriced food I’ve ever had. Also ordered Vietnamese Spring rolls and they came out as egg rolls. Told our server these are not fresh spring rolls and she just dismissed it. Service was crappy and food was worse. Don’t waste your time or money here! I would have rather gotten a can of chicken broth.

Great late night spot. Fast service. Sake cocktails & beer. Good food. Order the potstickers over the egg rolls.

Nice little small spot inside the casino. Everything was really good. The eel rolls could have had less rice and the presentation was not what you would expect for an $ 11 roll. The shrimp won top soup is delicious! A little on the small side, but that broth is insane!!! The cucumber salad again lacked in presentation. The spice was basically on 10% of the dish and I had to manually move it around. Attentive service… I love the little fried wontons brought out in beginning…

Very sub-par!!! The service was ok. The menu is limited. I’ve had better sushi from grocery stores. The fired noodles were pretty awesome but the rest was ehh. Don’t make a trip just for this place.

I would say 3.5 stars. My first issue is if your called the Noodle Bar and only offer 2 noodle dishes(phở & chow mien) there is an issue. The second issue is the price, but I get it… it is after all in the casino. It’s a small place with good food. The flavor is solid. I like the fried wantons the bring out complimentary with sweet & sour sauce for dipping add in the chili sauce and it’s amazing. We shared the Chinese chicken salad, spicy tofu, Szechuan green beans & chicken chow mien. Worst of group was the Chinese chicken salad best was the spicy tofu. Chicken chow mien was good as well. I did get a taste of the Phở which had good flavor. It’s a good option in between the gambling. The other choices are the buffet or a deli.

Came by last Sunday for lunch. The waitress who seemed to be alone never stopped being nice or smiling even though it began filling up. Spinach Miso Soup — It was okay. Wouldn’t order again. Spicy Cucumber — it was pickled with ginger. too parfumy to eat with chili flakes California roll with real crab — Delicious! Salmon Sashimi — fresh and huge order. Aside from the miso soup and the cucumber salad, everything was perfect. Since I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars. I think it deserves a 4 for the great service and the good part of the order.

The security guy asked for our IDs because the restaurant is inside the casino. Well we are over 21, we just didn’t bring our IDs — we didn’t drive that day and weren’t prepared to be asked for IDs to eat some noodles. It’s not our fault that they opened up a restaurant inside a casino. We told the guy like a thousand time that we wouldn’t play, we were just going to eat, but we got a no go. Btw. I don’t think this place is nice coz the casino was empty(so was the restaurant) on a weekend, and the reviews here aren’t so great either. We went there because it was late and they were the only ones that opened. So. Screw you guys, I’m going home! *Cartman style*

Open until 1 am! Extra star for being the only restaurant in town open late. Free wontons and sweet and sour sauce to start. Service was really fast, and friendly. We just wanted a late night snack, since we hadn’t eaten dinner. I ordered the vegetable bowl(less guilty eating in the wee hrs ;) and, she ended up bringing a side of rice with it. My dish was good, nothing fanatic, but it was a simple dish that I ordered, Si expectations were not high. My husband ordered shrimp tempura, which he thought were a bit greasy, but it is «tempura»… Fried usually =‘s greasy ;) My husband ordered the Taro drink… Mmmmmmm, super yummy! I had a green tea, and asked for a glass of ice on the side, so I could pour my tea over… And, she didn’t forget my glass of ice(that almost always happens to me at other places, or they bring me ice water ;) They even brought the whole tea pot! Overall very happy! Super friendly service :)

Went here with my boyfriend and we had a pretty bad experience… The staff were nice, but took them 10 mins to get us water. We ordered the miso soup and it was not good. It didn’t taste like miso soup at all. It had more of a fish smell to it. We ordered noodles, and it was ok. We also ordered avocado and cucumber roll and that was the only good thing we ordered. The only reason we went to this restaurant was because all the other sushi places were closed by 9:30 pm! To us, this place was not worth it.
