Not sure if I just witnessed some discrimination… A black guy asked for sample cups to try yogurt and the lady said it was only for people who didn’t know the flavors. He said he’d never been here and he didn’t know the flavors. She said he did and she didn’t want to give him any cups. He, his kid, and his wife turned around and walked out. Also, they don’t offer many choices in frozen yogurt, and the flavors they do offer are not good.

We were about to join the traffic to head back to Orange County from the lot my parents just bought in Palm Springs, and were looking for a pre-freeway pick-me-up. We pulled into the shopping center for coffee, but once we saw Yogurt at it’s Best, we decided to give it a try. It was delicious. The place is set up like a Yogurtland, however the yogurt is much denser and tastes more like soft-serve ice cream, like Golden Spoon. They have a wide variety of toppings and flavors, the place is clean, and the menu beyond yogurt is intriguing – acai bowls, root beer floats. I’ve actually found myself craving their cake batter yogurt with mocha since returning to DC, which is saying a lot because last week it was between 12 – 18 degrees outside.

This was our favorite place to get acai bowls but our last experience was very bad. The acai was watery and the banana was mushy and bruised. They must have gotten new staff because the lady and gentleman that usually make the bowls were not there. Because of the change in staff, the customer service was not good. The lady who took my order didn’t even give me a chance to tell her that I didn’t want coconut. I practically had to scream it out since she went straight to the back to make it. Our order was rushed and the quality of our acai reflected that. I want the other workers back!

Everything about this place was great. Perfect for a mid summer treat. The prices are better than expected, good amount of topping options. They even have reeses peanut butter sauce. The only reason for 4⁄5 is that I wish they had more flavor options.

I hate frozen yogurt! BUT I LOVETHISPLACE! They have the best tasting yogurt I’ve ever had. I asked the gal that worked there what the differences between their yogurt and other places and she told me they only use the most expensive premium yogurt and that most other places dilute their yogurt. Well that explains why I hate frozen yogurt but love this place. Last time I was in I tried a frozen banana. IIt was huge! No pun intended I tried all the other frozen yogurt places in this area because my kids make me go and they can’t match this place for quality. Great service too and very clean.

I could eat the yogurt all day I really like it and it’s my definition of perfect yogurt some of the staff is friendly for when I go I go with my kids and they are loud but we do spend easily $ 30 so they could be more kid friendly. if I decide to stay there and eat my yogurt there are usually take the little tables outside. Perfect yogurt date!

I kept hearing about the pitaya bowls, but I’m more of a acai fan. I live in Indio and I finally made my way to this location. I needed a place to work and a coffee shop is usually too loud. There is free wifi here and music in the back ground which make working easy. Enough about that, the acai bowl was amazing!!! There were a ton of fruit and completely stuffed with granola, honey, fruit, and acai. The staff was sweet and I was able to stay and work for awhile without anyone bothering me. Great spot!

Went with some people and we were all happy. The flavors tasted fresh and not fake and the fruit was also really good. Don’t know why but a lot of yogurt places end up having ranky dank fruit. So bottom line happy I found it.

To the owner… show a little appreciation to your customers. A simple hello, a little colorful chatter and a goodbye, might make me want to return. As it stands now, I’ll not be returning. Whoever was working the night of 7⁄5 made us feel like intruders. The owner of this business took the time to message me about some customer service improvements that he has made. It was nice of him to reach out and it shows that he cares. I decided to give this spot another try with three friends in tow. Excellent improvement! Great friendly service and great yogurt! Also nice to see the place very, very busy. I wish him much success and I will be back. I’d now recommend Yogurt at its Best to anyone.

This place always has great seasonal flavors and os one of the few yogurt places in Palm Springs that I’ve been able to get mochi as a topping. They have tons of fresh fruit toppings and the staff always greet us with a friendly hello. They also have shakes, frozen bananas, and other treats.

Not just a froyo place. You can get acai and pitaya bowls as well as frozen bananas! While everyone got their yogurt bowls I got a pitaya bowl and a frozen banana and then just added it together to take it with me to the theaters. Best decision ever.

There is nothing special about this place. It’s just like an other yogurt joint. The staff is rude and don’t you dare step foot into this establishment 30 minutes before closing you will feel the rath of rudeness. I refuse to spend my money here.

This is the best. My boyfriend and I were in palm springs for the weekend from LA and were craving frozen treat on a hot desert night. They had already closed for the evening, but the manager opened the doors for us and every flavor and topping was deliciously fresh. They also offer plenty of sugar free toppings and flavors, tart, sorbet, and every decadent topping you could want. It made it night complete! I’d return in a minute every time I visit palm desert.

We were craving yogurt on a such a hot day, but this was a disappointment. The yogurt formula is a little different from what I was expecting. The texture and sweetness are off. Sorry that I can’t explain it any more clearly than that.

Some bomb ass flavors! If you have pistachio and chocolate I’m al over it! lay the toppings on the bottom to make room on the top for some more, yummmmmers! They have cute little promos always going on there right now if you guess the weight of your ice cream you get it for free! AND for every 5 bucks you spend you are allowed a ticket for the raffling off of a TV. Shit it doesn’t hurt to try!
