Fraud alert! Fraud alert! I am disgusted with this place! They charged my credit card twice! On two separate dates! These people are thieves! I have contacted my bank and we will be fighting this! Stay away!

I was interested in a possible kitchen renovation and stopped by the Palmdale location. Although they didn’t have the exact products I was looking for, I considered alternate colors and materials. (They do not carry black or expresso cabinets.) They don’t really provide much design consultation. Your fee for the in-​home «consultation» is pretty much taking measurements, then presenting you with a design layout that may or may not meet your needs. There very is little involvement from you in the actual design layout. After I was presented with the new design, I explained I didn’t have the finances and I was offered to apply for a Wells Fargo loan that might cover the costs. I figured I would try and signed on the dotted line. What I was extremely upset to discover later and they did not disclose to me on what I was signing, is that you are actually applying for a Wells Fargo Home Projects credit card! Since I am extremely careful about not opening random credit cards, I felt this was an unethical business practice and they should have fully disclosed this was actually a credit card and not just a home improvement loan. I was willing to take a minimal hit to my credit score for the hard inquiry, but the additional line of credit this created significantly lowered my credit score! I know I should have read in its entirety before signing, but why not just explain to their customer what it really is you are applying for?
Also, as with any high cost project, you want to get at least three or more quotes. I let them know I wanted to wait before making a final decision. They waited less than a week before calling me and pitching me their best and final price offer at which time I only had one day to make up my mind. I was insulted by this «used car salesman» tactic and let them know I did not like being forced into making a quick decision and if that was the case, then I would go elsewhere for my kitchen renovation. Needless to say I feel this location requires vast improvement in their sales and customer service, design knowledge, available materials and products, and their overall business practices.

Call 3 Day Flooring, and if you want tiles done, ask for Alberto! Dude is a MACHINE! Crew did 1200 sq. ft in about 2.5 days I was lucky to catch him on a break because this guy is always booked! Why? Well because he is efficient, fast and extremely hard working! Fred is super honest and a great guy, he will come out to you and give you a reasonable quote for a job that will be done magnificently. During my crisis in the presses of buying my home, these guys helped me a lot if I ever need anything done in my home, I know exactly who to call Thanks a lot to Fred an to his staff highly recommended.

We had our new laminates installed on Saturday, I thought it would take 3 days but they completed the work in one day. The new floors look amazing and the price was great. We will definitely use them again when we change our carpet upstairs. Thanks Carlos, Liz and Fred.
