Onion rings were bomb the chicken bowl was super good too. The service sucked. The little Asian cashier was so stoned he kept repeating himself then forgot what he was saying. Then tried to charge me twice because he forgot he already did. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for two small items.

I wish I could give this place negative stars! I placed an order via GrubHub for pick up on 6÷17÷16. I received a confirmation text and email letting me know that my order was confirmed and would be ready in 20 – 30 mins. I arrived at the store and called from my car to see if my order was ready. I was told the order was never started. By this time it’s forty mins or so.

It’s ok and could be better if they offered more variety on the menu. Fried pieces are very small and the food is almost chewy. Not greasy though. Not sure what all the fuss is about, and I eat a lot of Asian food.

I normally don’t like or eat any kind of fried chicken but the chicken here is delicious!

This place must be so good because I had dreams afterwards ordering more. The chicken was really crispy and crunchy, and the seasoning/sauce… goes so well with it, too! My gaaaawd. And it came with season fries, too. Like, yaaaaas kween. I also ordered steamed rice and kimchi because Asian, you know? All of it goes well together. The dudes that helped were also cool and super chill, too. So, bruh. Get your grub on here!

I tried the 6 piece drumsticks with mild sauce. I should have gotten this last time. The wife got the chicken strips done with mild sauce. I loved my drumsticks in every way possible. They made the batter crunchy and the inside so devilishly juicy and cooked all the way through. There was no hint at al that this was not done 100%, but that’s just what they did. They successfully made a perfect drumstick to the highest standards possible. The wife’s chicken strips were exactly the same way, perfect. Even though these were perfection, I’m going to stick with my comfort food, drumsticks.

After reading lots of good Unilocal reviews I called and placed an order to go. Got the LG «D» ½ & ½ and Pork Dumplings. The spicy pieces were nicely seasoned and crispy — hot but not too hot. When I arrived to pick up my order — the owner/chef quickly fried my order so it’d be hot and fresh! I left my puppy in my car and he was crying for me so I went to get him and since I couldn’t go back into the café — the owner brought my food out to me. Thank you! I will be back. I’m Korean though I don’t speak it well — I love spicy KFC(Korean Fried Chicken) and he does it right. My parents live in Lancaster so it’s nice to have a tasty eatery that I can frequent w/them or get take out! Thank you BOOMBOOM — keep frying that yummy chicken!

authentic. generous. yummylicious to thec bones… clean… courteous… Very up and trendy décor too… Thumbs down though on those floors… sticky!!! Very very sticky… probably from the previous tenant… their floors need a deep deep clean… But yet, we keep coming back because of the food, service and the people…

Stopped here to try it out. It’s the only one in California that I know of. If you’ve ever had Kyochon in LA then you’ll like this place. It’s Korean style fried chicken. It’s fried to absolute perfection and the hot wings are amazing. The pickled radish is good the fries are good. I have no complaints here! I enjoyed all the food and the service. If you want some of the best fried chicken around(korean style) go here. It’s a great alternative instead of going to Kyochon. I will definitely be back here when there’s another track day. Well done Boom Boom Chicken! I will have to try the rest of the menu to see if it’s worth the 5th star. For now everything was great and I definitely recommend trying their food.

Great crispy chicken with wonderful balance of flavor and spice. I’m not from the Palmdale area, but would suggest this place for any residents, or visitors. Reasonable prices for the product you get. Didn’t try anything other than the wings.

Really great and unique chicken wings. The wings are nice and crispy with a refreshing Asian flavor. The wings were juicy and tender that come easily off the bone. I enjoyed their fries as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices are lower than most for chicken wings. The menu has a wide variety including spicy ramen, fried chicken, teriyaki chicken, various salads and those delicious wings. They also offer side dishes like kimchi, sweet & sour radish, and mozzarella sticks. I will definitely be returning to explore more of their menu.

I love this place!!! Best fried chicken in the Antelope Valley. I would recommend staying away from the spicy unless you can hang… if you CAN hang with some heat(about 7.5÷10) then you’ll love these. The pickled radish is a great side, the lunch special is quite possibly the best lunch deal you get. The staff is friendly and accommodating if they make an error on the order. I’d recommend calling in your order before going if you don’t plan on eating there.

So before I talk about the food, I want to say how friendly the staff and owners are. They give you a free sample too. Ok…now to the food. . Everything made fresh to order. i orderd the chicken teriyaki with 1 spicy boom boom chicken leg. That leg was spicy! Very moist and flavorful. The chicken teriyaki was good. The chicken was moist and tender. Good sauce too. Overall good food and for the amount of food they serve I didn’t think it was over priced. I’ll definitely come back.

This place was the only place around that was open on Thanksgiving. It’s a family-owned restaurant serving chicken wings(Korean style) and other items such as chicken teriyaki and donkatsu. The chicken salad was decent. An assortment of greens with slices of avocado and chicken with your choice of dressing. I chose the balsamic vinaigrette. Nothing too special. The chicken ISN’T grilled. Not sure how it was cooked but it is a healthy alternative for the rest of the stuff. The Chicken Teriyaki was a bit disappointing. The chicken wasn’t hot enough. The sauce was mediocre and again the chicken wasn’t grilled. The Donkatsu was pretty decent. Breaded pork chop and deep fried with a side of rice and donkatsu sauce. The donkatsu sauce didn’t really taste authentic; tasted more like a modified barbeque sauce. I received a side of pork dumplings for checking in on Unilocal. These were pretty good. The skin wasn’t too thick and the filling was moist. The sauce was a mixture of soy sauce and vinegar. The kicker to this place was the kim chi. It was added on the menu and we bit. We ended up ordering a couple ordered because it was really good. It wasn’t too sour; nor was it too salty. It was confirmed to be homemade by the owner’s aunt! The service here is great. The waitress was very welcoming and accommodating. Being a family-owned restaurant, you can feel the amount of work they put into the setting up the place, making the food, and making sure that service is up to par. 3 stars for now but I think they will get on their feet and make some minor changes to their entrees to make this place a stand out place for chicken wings and other dishes. I will come by again when I’m in Palmdale to check out the chicken wings. Maybe that’s why I felt this place was 3 stars. I didn’t come for their signature dish! Next time.
