Chicken is BOMB! Biscuit soft and flaky, wish they where bigger, fries aren’t bad, I tried their gumbo didn’t care for it too much. Not a lot of people know about this gem in Palmdale but once they try the chicken Im sure they’ll be hooked like I am.

The food is really good here, especially the fish. The location is pretty sketchy but the food is worth the risk Lol. Prices are very reasonable. You will wait 10 – 15 minutes on average but it’s because the food is cooked to order. I do find it a little weird that you can get boba, egg rolls and fried rice at Louisiana Chicken but I’m sure it’s good too.

This is the only fried chicken I would eat here in Palmdale, my kids love their chicken and shrimp and their gumbo is also awesome! Staff is very friendly and helpful with your order.

I’ve been coming here awhile now. The food is delicious! No doubt about it. The chicken and shrimp is just great. However, the Asian lady that handles the counter is just rude! She doesn’t care either. Today I witnessed her hang up on a customer and laughed about it. When the customer came in and asked her why she hung up, she was scared and just kept saying«I couldn’t hear you.» Anyway, the food is always fresh so you will wait about 15 minutes so you can call ahead but run the risk of getting hung up on. –_– Cons Cash only. Rude staff.

Service was horrible. Asian women in the front acted like she was being bothered by us going into place. Food was decent nothing special. Would never come back. If I want bad service with decent fried food I’ll go to kfc next time.

Prices are reasonable. Food is great. Service is awesome. By far the best chicken in town. I drove all the way from Quartz Hills for this chicken and let me tell you I was not disappointed. Juicy and flavorful with the perfect crunch.

Best gumbo in the upper desert(Palmdale)! Less I forget the authentic southern fried chicken.

Ate here the other night. We had to wait awhile for our food after ordering which was not a problem since it was really fresh when we received it. The chicken was okay but not the best that I have had from«Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken,» franchises. The seasoning was good on the chicken but I felt that there was an overwhelming taste of either sage or cumin(not sure which one it was). We also ordered some fish and shrimp. The shrimp was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The fish did not taste fresh to me at all it tasted extremely fishy(fresh should not smell extremely fishy nor taste extremely fishy). Now yes the meals come with a roll, but the roll is not what they are known for and lets face it, the rolls taste like they come out of a bag. They are the first franchise that I have known of to actually toast there rolls. Overall would I eat here again… maybe but only the shrimp and chicken, I definitely would not eat the fish here.

Well… I was expecting a lot more from this place. The Chicken was moist, but the overall taste was just ok. I also ordered the gumbo, that wasn’t anything special either. It was missing something in it, and i’m not sure what it was. The biscuits were good, but reminded me of the Hawaiian Biscuits you get at the store. 3 stars for me for this place, just check it out, you might like it better then me, not bad, just not like wow.

I love this place. Food is always hot and fresh because it’s made once you order, it’s not just sitting around under a lamp. I work all the way in Lancaster and drive all the way to palmdale on a 45 minute lunch for this great food. Can’t wait for the lancaster store to open!

This is a hidden treasure in the Antelope Valley. The food is well seasoned and very consistent. Prices are very reasonable. It’s rare to see food sitting around because the make everything fresh when it is ordered. The gumbo is made fresh everyday. The staff is very friendly.
