Ivy and Tommy are the best! They take their time in doing your nails and really enjoy what they do, what I really like is that they explain to you everything and the prices are very affordable. You don’t feel rushed and they do great gel manicures and pedicures!

Best Gel Mani & Pedi ever! I made an appt and was in and out in an hour with both gel mani and pedi. They were very kind and did great work. It’s been a week and they still look great! I’m very hard on my nails, I ride horses, rock climb on actual rock and workout in the gym and they’ve stayed great, no chipping! Very impressed, I will be back.

Best nail salon in Palmdale! I’ve been a long time customer… Ivy and Tommy do wonderful work and are always so friendly. Call for an appointment, you won’t be disappointed!

Weird place. I had an appointment. I walked in and it was empty except for the guy who did my nails. He asked me how I heard about the shop, that they usually only have clients that are regulars. The way he said it made me feel like they don’t like to do nails of people they are not familiar with. Guy did a good job on my fill, but the painting was bad. He way overcharged me for a fill, even though I had just gotten them done not too long ago. They are very strict about needing an appointment and did not accept any walkins while I was there. I don’t think they had any other nail technicians. The shop is not clean at all and needs repairs. Too many negatives for me to go back.

I’ve been on the hunt (just like everyone else) for «my» nail salon since I’ve moved to the AV 6 months ago. I initially wanted to go to Polished Nail Salon bc of all of the awesome reviews, but they wouldn’t take my calls, so I called here and I’m really glad I did!
The shop is not fancy but the people who run it are awesome, knowledgeable, and kind. I went in for a refill, repair, and new gel polish. The only negative things I have to say about my appointment were that 1) he cut me when taking off my nail that needed repair. I would’ve like for him to soak me for a few minutes to soften the nail or to take his time. 2) I was charged an additional fee to reshape my nails. Maybe this is common, but in all of the years I’ve been getting my nails done, I’ve nerve been charged for a reshape. 3) The color selection is a little below average. Having said that, they had the perfect color for me.
Aside from that, I’ve decided that this will be MY nail shop! I loved the atmosphere and their daughter is adorable. I think we’re best friends now lol.

Since my first appointment, I have been back several times, mostly for broken nails. Tommy fixed a few of them for free and also fit me in last minute. Great customer service.

Had an appointment with Ivy and she was wonderful. Have been to several nail salons in the area and this has been my greatest experience so far. I’ve found my new nail salon!

Loved the nails. The actual place can use some painting and redecorating but the staff is great at what they do. they only have (or At least had) two people working, which meant my friend had to wait until I was done to do her nails since the other person was busy with another guest.
Would definitely give them a try:)

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. After reading the reviews and talking to some friends I gave this place a try and I’m so glad I did. Customer service was amazing and my nails have never looked better. I will be a regular for sure. Thank you Ivy for making me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Your service, smile and kindness is unparalleled. I will be back and definitely be a loyal customer.

Hidden Palmdale secret. If you’re willing to forego trendy salons in popular shopping centers or salons for a genuinely good manicure (I’ve had pedicures, regular manicures, acrylics, and gels here– they’re all amazing!) and great service, this is your place. I recommend calling for appointment but worth the effort!

First time here today. Got a set of acrylics with med pink and white. They offered lots of price options and that was nice! Friendly and warm. I love my new nails and I will be back! The tec was very helpful and explained all the procedures to me. He was gentle and I almost fell asleep in the chair while he worked on my hands. The only improvement I might suggest is a nice smelling hand cream for the finishing touch.

I recommend this family owned business, they are kind and service is excellent. You might have to book your appointment in advance but it is worth it! I almost don’t want to share my kept secret but if it helps them bring customers I’m willing to share! They work hard and I hope you give them a try, prices are normal to going rates…

My home away from home. Been coming here for about nine years now and Ivy and Tommy are two of the best nail techs in the AV. From my brows to my toes, I’m in good hands there.

They were great but wish they had a better selection of nail polishes, they were professional that i brought my kids, very clean and nice if your not looking for something special

First time here. Did an amazing job on my nails! This is now the o my place I’ll ever go to get my nails done.

I have been going to this salon for about two years now and I have never left unhappy. This salon is quiet and cozy and they always do their best to cater to your appointment time needs. Ivy does my gel manicures & pedicures; I always leave happy, relaxed and feeling great!

I love this salon I’ve gone here almost 9 year’s now and they’re extremely friendly, clean and talented. I come in to wax my eyebrows and there always amazing. My only suggestion is get more employees, there’s always a 15 – 20 min wait.
