Best service service I’ve ever had at a fast food joint. Will def go back again. Every single employee smiled, they would say «it’s my pleasure» as they brought me my food and took away my tray.

I work retail, so I would say I’m experienced in customer service and I must say what a refreshing experience it was to go into this location. Clean, friendly and always smiling staff, and they were very attentive! My daughter is two and they have a play area for small kids even better!!! Their food was good and quickly made! Not only that but the other customers there were happy because of the service. One gentleman refilled my drink for me because I was watching my daughter. When I first came in and went to sit down the table had some crumbs which I was going to clean but the staff insisted I didn’t and immediately cleaned it for me. I would recommend to anyone! THANK YOU for all star treatment! They will further continue to get my business.

Excellent service, fast, friendly and I was very pleased with the meal. Sweet tea is yummy. Bathroom cleanest to me in this whole valley. None of the other bathrooms are as nice or clean. Customer service is great inside and out in the drive thru. I’m not sure about the bad reviews here. We’re in antelope valley guys be happy you have a place like this to eat.

This place specializes in chicken so it better be good. Is is actually very good. Definitely the best fast food chicken sandwich you can buy. The #4 is my favorite. The service is on par with In-​n-​out which means it’s great. He fries are very tasty without being greasy or over salted. The lemonade is excellent. Don’t forget the Chik fil-​a sauce!

Maybe my memory and longing for a good chicken sandwich blinded me, but I swear I remember Chick-​Fil-​A tasting better at another location I went to. This isn’t to say my experience was bad, just that it was better in my memory than it was in reality.
The lines were short, even during lunch hour and we were in and out in 10min. The service at Chick-​Fil-​A has always been excellent and this place is the same. Expect to be treated with courtesy and workers who actually look like they want to be there.
I got the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich and it came out looking nicely formed, cooked all the way through, and despite all that, I was left wanting. Just some kind of indescribable quality that it lacked.
Maybe it was just an off say for the restaurant. Maybe my tastebuds were on not working right. Either way, I’m wiling to give this restaurant another try in the near future.
If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this place is sure to hit close to the spot. But with no wait during lunch hour, this will surely be a favourite of many.

The customer service was incredible. The cashiers make sure to engage in conversation with you and as always the food is awesome!

There is some room for improvement at this Chick-​fil-​A. It is fairly new having only been open a couple of months. They seem to be consistently crowded so the people of Palmdale seem to be enjoying it. I feel the restaurant I visited in Charlotte, NC did a better job. That is not to say this one in Palmdale doesn’t have its merits.
Customer service was excellent. The cashier was friendly and accurate. The meal was ready very quickly. My mom and I didn’t even have our drinks yet when the food was placed in front of us.
We each ordered a standard Chick-​Fil-​A sandwich (a bun with a fried chicken breast and two pickles). I got the combo and we shared the waffle fries. There were a lot of fries but I wish they were better like I remember them being back east. These had potential but were either over cooked or had been setting out for a spell. They weren’t burnt by any means but they were dry. We also seemed to get the bottom of the barrel as we received a lot of little fries fragments. The sandwiches were better. The chicken is real whole chicken breast rather than the chopped and formed patties you get elsewhere. It was tender and well seasoned. The two pickles that accompany the chicken breast on the sandwich are a great compliment. We both used a little bit of honey mustard on the the bun but I imagine ranch dressing would go well too.
I may stop in the next time I am in town. Or I may just wait until they start opening up around Las Vegas.

Not exactly as thrilled with this Chick-​Fil-​A as I am the one in Santa Clarita, but that might just be because it is still new. The lines are crazy long and I was disappointed to find out that they didn’t have my beloved peach shake (which was not yet out of season) simply because they are new. Hopefully after everyone gets their Chick-​Fil-​A cravings out of their system things will run smoother. The food is good but I wasn’t impressed with the last chicken sandwich I got there. It seemed king of blubbery.

This place makes excellent chicken, and their customer service is the best I’ve experienced at any fast food establishment. Ever. They deserve five stars for that.
That said… I do not agree with their politics. At all. Like, so much so that I shouldn’t be giving them my money. Argh so much guilt. SO MUCH YUM!

Just came here for lunch, I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I have to say I was not disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich had a good kick and their sauces are really good.
I ordered to go and they handed me like a colorful cup like thing. I didn’t know what it was for until I saw people putting stuff in there like napkins, straws and forks. I just followed the crowd and did the same thing and you wait by table. Pretty different but it’s a brand new experience for me.

Why must you get my order wrong literally every other time I visit? First time, I ordered 4 regular sandwiches and you gave me 4 spicy sandwiches. I can let that one slide. That’s okay.
But today, you only give me HALF of my order that’s on the dang receipt, and then stand there looking at me like I’m a jerk for holding up the line because YOU messed up.
I wonder how you’ll mess up my order next time.
If the food wasn’t chickfila quality, then it would be 1 star for sure.
Get your sh*t together chickfila.

Yum! I am thankful for a Chic-​Fil-​A in the area. The employees are super friendly and the food is very good. Waffle fries! Lemonade! The kind of ketchup packet you can squeeze OR scoop!
Hooray!

Food came out wrong and cold. Servers no idea what they are serving. First, last, and only time we will ever eat at that one.

Yum! Came here for lunch and it was so good! I got the number one combo. The chicken sandwich and wafle fries were excellent! The drive thru took 15 minutes from 12:45 — 1:00pm, even with two drive thru lines. However, the employees were very friendly. More friendly than any service person I’ve ever encountered in the AV. It was a refreshing change.

They’re still working out the kinks. This place was a madhouse at lunch today. So I’m trying to remember they’re brand new and cut some slack.
Service was good and food was hot. However my order was wrong. I was charged extra to add lettuce and tomato to my chicken sandwich. No biggie, it was 30 cents. However they couldn’t get that right and gave me cheese instead of tomato (eww cheese on chicken? No)! I just picked it off cause I didn’t have time to go back up there and deal with it.
However my husband got us food last week and the order was perfect. So I think I’ll let it pass and I’ll be back cause let’s face it– their chicken is really good!

Came and wanted lunch and they said it would take 10 – 15 min since it was still breakfast time, so I just got breakfast and ended up waiting 15 min anyway and when my boyfriend went to the counter the food had been ready the whole time they just had to put it in the bag when we got home the mini biscuit sandwiches were raw and doughy. Very unhappy first time.

2^nd time coming. Got the Chicken Sandwich and 3 piece Chicken Strips. I also got the Chick-​Fil-​A sauce. WOW! Will come again.

The grand opening was today. I was fearful that long lines and a lack of employees would cause frustration like many restaurant openings.
I was very surprised to find the exact opposite. A surplus of staff, zero issues, the great chicken we have all come to expect from chick-​fil-​a, and a clean new building with a great location. What more could you ask from a fast food place?
Total time waiting in line — 2 minutes.
Time spent waiting on order — 4 minutes.

Chick-​fil-​A stands out from other restaurants because their employees are always very friendly and helpful. I love their waffle fries and chicken nuggets and strips. Their sweet tea is delicious! I tried their chicken biscuit, chicken strips, Chick-​fil-​A sandwich, and grilled chicken sandwich and all were great. I especially love their variety of sauces. I always dip my chicken in Buffalo and Chick-​fil-​A sauce.
I’ve met many employees from the grand opening team and they were all great. To name a few, Jessica, Diane, Jeanie, Abby, and Randall.
I’ve only been at the restaurant before the official grand opening and everything was clean. Food was hot and delicious.
I will definitely be back multiple times throughout the upcoming year!
They have 2 drive thru entrances which will be helpful during the rushes.
