This place is pretty cool to shoot a movie. Definitely gives off the retro vibe. Lots of great areas to shoot in (for example: Motel rooms, a Diner and a Gas Station.) The guy who oversees productions is very accommodating and friendly as can be. The main reason this place doesn’t score higher is due to the cleanliness (very very dusty!) and the fact that there is no running water or electricity so you are sweltering in the heat and forced to use a porta-​jon which is disgusting. Overall, a neat experience but definitely have to plan ahead with a generator, food, etc… before you go there.

Placentia, CA
Pretty darn cool little movie set. Here with my wife and brother-​in-​law shooting their film. Has that dirty Motel in Desert set up and can give you a number of looks for your film. Has gas station, bar, dinner, hotel rooms and front desk for scenes. Pretty cool to be a part of seeing this set being turned into a film.
