We love it here and love how everyone is so friendly! They will even talk to my kids and bring stickers and hats for them! The food is so good and fresh! To us tastes better than five guys and Habit! $$$ You get better quality for price too! $ Once a nice man joked around with my kids, was so nice and they felt noticed. No other fast food restaurants go around asking if everything is OK and if need anything. Loved it! Thank you, In-N-Out burger! We will be back. Service is always pleasurable!

In N Out is one of my favorites for hamburgers but I avoid this location since its so slow and crowded no matter what day or time it is. 4 stars just because the food is really good.

In-N-Out was the first burger I ever had in my life. They had a food truck set up at Hubbard Elementary and I loved the burger. The fries were delicious. It is the same today as it was back then. People complain that it takes longer for the good to come out… it takes longer because it is made fresh! The employees here are always friendly and ready to serve you with a smile on their faces.

Hands down the slowest in n out I’ve ever been to. It’s such a shame it’s the one closest to my house. Every time I come here the drive through is 10 minutes, even if I’m the 3rd or 4th car in line. I don’t understand why.

Can’t go wrong with In and Out. Burgers are always good. Sometimes service is slow but thats because of the huge line. Totally worth the wait. Plus its my Hubbys favorite place.

This was not my first time at an In-N-Out, but it was my first visit to Palmdale. Just a quick stop on a long drive, and though I’d been curious to try a non-chain restaurant in the neighborhood, I wasn’t even disappointed when my family vetoed. In-N-Out is never disappointing. The Palmdale location was in a giant strip mall, sharing its parking lot with a Dollar Tree and a Pizza Hut. It was busy at noon on Christmas Eve, but the line moved fast and service was great. The interior looked exactly like pretty much every In-N-Out I’ve ever been to, down to the placement of the soda fountain and the restrooms. I got my usual order: a Double Double with grilled onions, with plenty of yellow peppers, which you no longer have to ask for and can scoop to your heart’s content at the condiment bar. This is one of my favorite meals, and it hit the spot this time, as always. I also went in on some animal style fries, which were delicious. The only way I like In-N-Out fries, to be honest, but man, they’re tasty smothered in cheese, grilled onions, and secret sauce. Maybe next time I’m in Palmdale, I’ll get a little more local, but sometimes it’s hard to argue with a sure thing(that also happens to be fast and affordable). In-N-Out is my favorite fast food chain, and this location is as good as the rest.

I can’t believe I’m about to write a bad review for in n out, the burger place that up until now had never disappointed me once. Their quality has always been consistent at every location not matter the time of day. This time my food ordered right before closing was actually gross. The fries had that bitter after taste I always notice all other fast foods have which is a sign of the oil being reused many times. I had never tasted that bitterness from in n out before. My animal style burger had so much pickles in it that I felt like I was eating a pickle burger. They’re usually so good at making the burgers consistently the same ratio of ingredients. This experience kind of ruined in n out for me. I won’t be having in n out for a while.

Simply one of the best burger places in the country. It’s hard to make a bad burger, but it’s harder to make your burger really step up better than the rest. It’s just cheap, it’s fun, it’s tasty, it’s special. If a Kraby Patty could be made in real life. In-N-Out would be the Krusty Krab and you would find out why everybody wants one. Of all the chains out there In-N-Out just hits a sweet spot.

So The Habit opened near my house and out of convience ive been patronizing them rather than In N Out. However, about a month ago I went to In N Out to see if I really thought The Habit’s burgers were better and I was very surprisingly disappointed with the qauality of food I received from In N Out. The fries were under cooked and the burger was dry and over cooked. Last night my sister and boyfriend were in town and they really wanted In N Out. While waiting in the drive thru I witnessed the drive thru employee tormenting the customer in front of me because of their accent. When I got to the drive thru speaker the young punk on the other end tried the same thing with me. When I got to the window I was not greeted or thanked for my business and was presented with the same poor attitude. Then we got home, the food was not to our expectations and it proved so later that night when all three of us were peuking our brains out and occupying the restrooms for hours on end with volent cramps etc. Ive always loved In N Out, but this location has dramatically plumeted in service and quality. I hope The Habit maintains there exceptional service and quality because I have to fullfill my burger craving as desired.

Can never go wrong with an In-N-Out Burger, animal style! Always fresh, always tasty and the price is definitely right, especially for the quality. No mystery meat used here! YUM!

The one and only thing I dislike about coming here is the wait time in the drive thru. They should make another in n out in the A.V. They would profit so much off of it! Other Han that this is my number one place for food and employees are always happy. Hmm maybe add a couple TVs in the drive thru for wait times playing something like happy days or somethin :)

In and out is classic. Burgers, and that’s about it. Yummy. There are two things I’d for them to do. 1. Get rid of the fries. I don’t care that they’re fresh. They Suck 2. Toast the bun. They disintegrate. My dog the fries and buns, but her personal trainer says I’m a disabler.

In-N-Out’s are sooooo hit or miss. I’ve been to two more than any other — Palmdale and San Diego Mission Valley. Palmdale is one of the better ones over the years. The burgers are always good, service is always great. I’m never a big fan of their fries, but today they were really good. The problem with this location is the parking lot, which greatly favors drive-thru orders in favor of walk-in orders. Always a stop in Palmdale, I like this In-N-Out a lot.

I have been here before and enjoyed their cheese burgers, but this time the patty was so thin, it was falling apart and I couldn’t even taste it. I was very disappointed, I know the patties are thinner than they used to be, but that was ridiculous. I don’t want a hamburger full of lettuce tomato and spread. That must be how they are keeping the costs down. The fries were also over cooked. I don’t like my fries to be crispy and slightly burnt. I understand some people like them this way, but they should only be served that way by request.
