Tom’s Famous Family Restaurant 25

This place is absolutely terrible! I ordered through the drive through. When I got home I realized that one of the breakfast order’s I have ordered wasn’t there. Then I call to complain and ask to have my money put into my account and they said I can only get credit for another breakfast but it had to be within a week. Then I start to eat my chili cheese fries and they were so nasty the fries tasted reheated. My mom ate her pastrami and the bread seemed to be very old. We both threw the food away I’m not even sure how this place is still running. FDA should definitely be evaluating this place.

This place is over priced. Cashier disrespectful not charging for coffee then getting upset when they ask for refill. Food takes forever to be severd. Once food arrives it’s very cold. I will never sewbe returning here ever again.

Every time I come here, I call in my order which is claimed to be ready withing 15 – 20 mins. I’m in the drive thru waiting to pick it up at the 20 min mark. I’m not sure what the hell was going on but I ended up waiting in the drive thru for a total of 25 mins. Not that big of a deal? Let it happen to you and let me know what you think. I get to the window and it’s about 45 mins after I called in my order to find out they haven’t even started it!!! Come on people!!! I ordered two plates to go with two drinks. I get one drink and ask for the second which I was told «sorry I didn’t charge you for the drink»… I said they both come with drinks what are you talking about. How the fffffff do I know this and the employees don’t?! You know what this place could be a success however with the current management they have there it will be nothing more than mediocre. On top of that they forgot straws, salad dressings which they asked me twice about, and lost my credit card for about two mins after swiping it. Never coming back this place is a joke. Ran by a bunch of monkeys if you ask me. Negative attitudes here all around. Giving one star simply due to me not being able to provide a negative amount of stars.

Food and prices are great compared to ihop.
But this morning the girl in the window said «I put salsa in there for you» cuz my girlfriend asked for some. And then as we drove away we noticed, no salsa. It’s fine that you messed up on the salsa. I just don’t get why she would specifically say she put it in for us as she hands the bag over when she didn’t.
Also the only thing that’s decent on the menu is the breakfast burrito, but then I always find that the bottom half is full of exclusively BACON FAT. Not bacon. So yeah it’s kind of disgusting.

went for a burger lady in drive thru didnt even offer the special for 1.69 so she charged me 4.03 simply cause i didnt say special wow its still the same burger bad customer service

Decided to try this place after seeing my co-​worker bring breakfast burrito a few times to work. This morning on my way to work, I decided to take a detour and stop by at this place.
As I walked into the restaurant, two young waitresses welcomed me. SWEET!
The lady cashier who took my to-​go order on the other hand, well, I felt like she doesn’t want to be working today or she has that «I don’t care» type of expression. It could be she is having a bad day or something. I don’t know.
Ordered Tom’s Burrito ($ 5.99). It was good since it has all the meats I want. Medium drink was $ 1.99. I just wish I had gotten my drink from McDonald’s for $ 1 and I would get a large cup instead.
Will I return??? Probably not. If I did, I would probably just do a drive-​thru.

This place is horrible! Can never get your order right and on top of that you are still missing items you paid for. If I could give less than a 1 Star I would. Save your money and go somewhere else. I go here continuously because I work close by unfortunately and this is why I say to not go here. I would understand if it was one or even two times that they don’t get my order right but for every time to not get it right and on top of that to be missing items and to be questioned about it?! Umm please rewind your cameras so you can see for yourself. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a joke. Last final time I go there and will never return and my co-​workers agree which is unfortunate because they bring money in due to being so close.

This place is alright. Way long wait times for it never really being busy. The «refried beans» covered with cheese have no flavor and their «Mexican» rice seems almost burnt, crispy and again, no flavor. I love their breakfast burritos. But that’s the only thing I do like. Friendly yet unprofessional service every time I go.

Below average food taste. Food wasn’t horrible but not good enough to get us to go back. The waitress was friendly.

Ordered the special Denver omelette. The omelette was over cooked almost burnt. On top was two slices of cheese they use on their burgers. Service was okay. Not on my list of places to go back to.

Their breakfast burritos are amazing and I never have any issues with them when I go through the drive thru. Sometimes the hash browns are a bit burnt, making the burrito taste not so good. Otherwise, great place to get some breakfast!

The food is ok, decent. They do have good days were the burgers are exceptionally juicy. But overall this place is way overpriced. The staff is really rude. I go to school in the same shopping center so our options for lunch and dinner are very limited. But now I rather starve then to go back into toms. My order is always wrong or under or over cook. When i called to complain I always get some attitude from whoever is answering the phone. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager is always «busy». The biggest issue I have is I always order an extra side of nacho cheese, I’m charged for it and they don’t put into the bag or in the middle of me trying to request is extra cheese, I’m usually cut off a very impatient for employees who sounds like she just wants to get off the phone with me. I rather go to mc Donald, same crappy food but at least it is cheaper and faster

If I could give them zero stars I would. We live very near by and have just given them too many chances. This morning we ordered two (exactly the same) bacon egg and cheese breakfast burritos with no hash browns (since those NEVER get cooked properly) we got home to two sausage egg and veggies burritos one with hash browns!
The drive thru had two cars a head of me and I waited 25 minutes.
I’m really sad they suck so bad they would be very convenient
But seriously don’t even try this place, they will ALWAYS ruin your order. AND over charge you. The hash browns will always be under cooked no matter how many (very very very) well done requests you ask, bacon will be undercooked and veggies are nearly raw

Came in here for breakfast before my doctors apt and I’d have to say that I was extremely surprised at home good everything turned out to be. Very nice clean staff and clean dining area. The food is reasonably priced especially the breakfast. The food we got came fast and was nice and hot. Very good eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Overall a very good experience. Nice amount of food served as well!

This place used to be better, I don’t know what happened. It takes forever to make anything. I order a salad, it comes out different every time. Horrible service, I hate coming here.

My favorite is their breakfast burritos & salsa! They have a good selection as far as the menu goes.

This morning my parents and I had to wait 30 minutes for a to go order. There were other people in front of us who had been waiting even longer. After waiting 25 minutes, we asked about our food. The cashiers were rude to us. When we finally got our food, we didn’t get any apology for the long wait. On top of that, they got our order wrong and our food didn’t taste that great. We were extremely disappointed and won’t be back.
UPDATE:
I contacted the business directly at their website and received a very nice reply this morning offering a «certificate» (presumably for free food). The district manager apologized and assured me the issue had been addressed with the location’s owner and crew. I’d be willing to give a different location a shot, since I have gotten killer chorizo and egg breakfast burritos from Tom’s in the past.

Been here and had the Tom’s breakfast burrito. It’s got it all and tastes amazing. The country fried steak breakfast is great too. Big place to come and have a home style meal. And service is really nice here. The price is fair for all the menu items and portions are generous.

The best thing here for me is the nacho cheese fries. That is when they don’t over salt them terribly. Have it with extra cheese, it’s 69 cents more but we’ll worth it because they usually skimp on it on a normal order. The second best thing is Tom’s Breakfast Burrito. It’s good but bland, even the «salsa» they give you with it is whack. When I add my own sauce at home, it’s pretty good. Everything else on the menu don’t bother. It’s not satisfying.

Solid Tom’s, I can’t really see any difference in service or food from this one and the Tom’s #28 that we have frequented before. I LOVE their bean and cheese burritos, but I always wish they had a spicier salsa. Oh well.
As always, super happy and helpful staff. They all seem to like where they work and actually enjoy their jobs, which tells me these places have good management and treat their employees well. Makes me feel good as a customer.
