La Petite Academy

The director is terrible. My daughter was always in the wrong class with kids younger than her. La Petite Lancaster is a much better choice if you have the luxury of choosing between the two.

There are many reasons I gave this childcare 2 stars…
For one I don’t think the location is safe for starters. It was scary at times dropping my daughter off in the morning because there would be stragglers walking around.
I’d say 4 employees out of all the employees they have there are friendly and caring, the rest of the employees come off very rude and unpleasant. One of there young Hispanic women employees I had an encounter with one day, my daughter got in trouble and when I asked her what happened she barely told me the whole story and made it seem like my daughter was the only one at fault plus she had a lot of attitude which was not professional.
There were many times the children there played tricks on my daughter and picked on her. She struggled to make friends there because they were rude children who obviously didn’t have parents that taught them manners.
My daughter learned some foul language there and some inappropriate behavior.
I think the director should take control of the situation or maybe the company take a little more action to improving the school. Overall I’m grateful they took care of my child while I was at work but that’s the only good thing I could say or suggest. Thankfully I moved and she is in a better daycare.

I absolutely love this center! The staff are caring and prfessional. The management is top notch. The kids love the activities and are learning. My favorite aspect is the weekly garden lessons, where the kids learn hands on where their food comes from!

I am incredibly impressed with La Petite Academy in Palmdale. Mrs. Jeana is the Director, and she sets a kind, compassionate, and rigorous tone at the school. Both my 3 yr. old son and 1 yr. old daughter attended La Petite, and when we moved, I knew we would all miss La Petite dearly. This was the perfect first time school experience for my children; they learned a lot. The teachers are so sweet and caring. Children eat meals communally, and this was a special experience. Everyday, my son would talk and talk about all of the delicious food they enjoyed. I was given beautiful pictures of my children, and the communication was impeccable; the teachers and Mrs. Jeana let me know about the themes of the curriculum, what my children enjoy doing the most at school, and if they had any questions or concerns. My son still asks about his loving and kind teacher, Ms. Sandy. We miss you all! Thank you for making our experience special and meaningful… we will never forget all of you at La Petite Academy in Palmdale!

I love this childcare for my 4 year old daughter and she loves it too :) all the workers are awesome!!!
