I was extremely disappointed at this WSS. I purchased a groupon which I have done many times and used at WSS all over LA County. Sadly, my groupon expired so I gave it to my daughter to use for it’s original value ($ 15). When she went in, someone by the name of Victor who called himself a «manager», bullied her into purchasing $ 45 worth of merchandise or he would not let her use the $ 15. I was livid so I drove back here and spoke to someone very helpful by the name of Marco who was able to reach a DM and refund my daughter her money. I gave one star because Marco was actually able to help me, if not — I would be looking for a way to give this place 0 stars because even after I left, I called to complain about «Victor» and never received a call back from the DM. I shop at WSS all the time because you can’t beat their deals, but I will never go back to this one and deal with a crook who is put in a position of power.
