I just tried to get information on the phone to bring my daughter in to get an exam and glasses. I was left on hold for 8 minutes, then I started to speak, Jenny says, ‘oh, I’m sorry, hold please’ I guess she picked up the wrong line. Anyway, at 14 minutes of being on hold, I hung up and called back. I try to talk to Jenny about what happened and she totally ignores what I say and she says, ‘how can I help you?’ WTH?!! You can’t help me at all. I’ll spend my money where I get good customer service. I’ll also make sure I tell everyone what happened.

Worst customer service imaginable. I went to the counter and asked if the pair of sunglasses I was holding came with polarization and if so what was the price. After 10 minutes of entering in my information into the system(which apparently is required to do a price check), the employee said $ 79.95(same as the tag on the glasses, very interesting I thought). So I said, «Great, I would like to purchase them.» Then another employee came to the counter and said, «excuse me.» She pushed our employee aside and proceeded to ring up another customer while my employee walked away and began assisting another customer… I was floored and asked, «What just happened??» The employee who said, «excuse me» was clueless that she had just interrupted our transaction and said she’d be happy to ring us up after she finished with her customer. So I waited… Then she had to re-look up our info again and I had to explain from the start that I wanted to purchase these sunglasses with polarization added. She took her time and said, «Okay, that will be $ 200+» REALLY??? So I asked for the original employee to return and explain why all of a sudden there is a huge price change. At that point, the original employee told me that she quoted me for the non-polarized lens… WHICH I ALREADYKNEW, because I have eyes and had read the price tag before approaching the counter. At that point I just walked out… UNBELIEVABLE.

I received a thorough eye exam last year on October 2015 with Dr. Kim. She is truly passionate and dedicated with her work by helping those in need. Also, she is very professional and clearly explained all the information I needed to know to maintain a healthy vision. I recommend making an appointment and highly advise to be on time with your appointments! I will be coming back this year for another amazing eye exam with Dr. Kim due to her exceptional care and service. Thank you Dr. Kim!

Great customer service and Alice Kim was very thorough with exam and explaining things. I waited less than an hour and a half for my glasses to be ready. Meanwhile I was able to shop around while waiting. I thought prices were reasonably priced. Very happy with my first visit.

Glasses and lenses are overpriced. Staff are nice and attentive. Not sure if I will return next year. I feel like I get more for my insurance and money elsewhere.

I had my eye exam and bought two pair of glasses here last week. My review is for Kimberly. Very professional and personable. Immediately greeted me as if we knew each other. Went through all the exams. She even comforted me when the doc told me I had to wear bifocals She fitted me with two pairs of Ray Bans(they don’t fall off my face). She was just a real great help throughout my time there. I would go back just because I enjoyed her customer service.

I have been happy with the professionalism of this office and the location is very convenient My whole family has gotten good glasses and the selection was reasonably priced. I also get my contact lenses here

Dismal hell hole. Untrained unprofessionals that did not make my glasses correctly. I missed the 30 day return policy which was my own fault. I have visited the Lancaster location which is also nasty. I am currently battling the Bakersfield location on a return. My advice is avoid Lenscrafters they are just churning out garbage and lies.

You have to get the right doctor if you go here. 3 years ago or so, I experienced problems with doctors who could not get the angle right on my eyes. I spent a month trying to figure out why I got horrible headaches. I got the prescription adjusted and the headaches persisted. The headaches got worse. I finally had to go to an ophthalmologist who told me the absolute angles on the eyes were way off. She had to fix it. 3 years later, I lost those glasses in the ocean… oops. So this time, I went to lens crafters again(because I needed the glasses in one day). Dr. Elina Ohanian is the one I was lucky enough to see. Young and fresh out of school, but KNOWSHERSTUFF! Dr. Ohanian got it right the first time. It’s only been a week, and I’ve spent most of that time reading. No problems whatsoever. Even better than they have ever felt before. I recommend you ask for her if you go there. Don’t take chances.

I opted to have my RX redone so that I could order a new pair of glasses, as its been years since I last had my eyes examined. The people at the store were not eager to help, but I did not have to wait long to see the Doctor. My concern now is, I have to order an expensive pair of glasses that this store does not carry… I had to come back here twice to get my RX fixed. Then they did not answer the faxes that were sent to them when I tried ordering my a starter pair online. *Sigh* The RX is not even legible, I had to take it to the Lancaster store and have several employees look at it before they figured out what it was! They also gave me a tiny size bottle of(expired) eye drops :/Long story short, they have made everything needlessly complicated.
