love, love, love this store.
I purchased 3 posters for Christmas gifts and took them in for custom framing. I had received 2 of the prints and only had the dimensions of the 3rd print and ordered frames for all 3.
When I brought in the 3rd print we realized the dimensions were not correct. It was not Michaels error but they did everything to get the correct size matting for me so I could have the pictures in time for Christmas.
The pictures look amazing and I would absolutely recommend them for any custom framing.
Thanks again for saving Christmas.

I go here only because it’s the best selection in this valley for oil paints. But always check for their 40% of coupon before you go. They are overpriced otherwise.
Customer service is also lacking here. One day it took 5 requests for service to get someone to help me. There’s ALWAYS a line at the register. What makes it more frustrating is while you’re waiting in line you’ll see other employees wandering around aimlessly.
Also, their low budget art supply brand, Artist Loft, is really low budget. I don’t recommend most of those supplies.
Really wish we had a better art supply store in this town.

This store is my weakness because their is always a reason to get crafty! I love to decorate around me during certain seasons/​holidays. I love making my own cards and this store has plenty of paper! I also enjoy making my own flower arrangements!
I’ve even gotten a few compliments from fellow customers and employees suggesting I take my hobby to the next step: o anyways, let’s not forget the glitter so we can make everything sparkle! :p basically, (nearly) everything you need !!

I have yet to take a class here so, i’ll update when I do!

I successfully found two of the five items I was searching for this morning. That is pretty normal for me. They could restock a bit more often, but I am usually after more «fine art» items than the crafty stuff.
Coupons always a win.
The cashier and one of the associates on the sales floor actually sounded friendly today. That is new! The other three associates just looked right thought me several times — that is de rigeuer for both Michaels stores in this area. Apathy must be a requirement of new employees.
