This place has absolutely no customer service skills! The younger guy that works on Saturday, Hispanic, wears Glasses forget the idiots name.
Well this kid has the biggest chip on his shoulder. Considering the size of this kids ego, one would think he has a Masters Degree in Locksmithology!
Nope just another high school drop out working for minimum wage living at mommies house!

This company was a pleasure to work with. They offered to come re-​key our locks the very day I called-​which was New Year’s Eve. I was certainly not expecting that! (But am so grateful!) They were professional and clear in all that would be included in the price and the process. I obtained other quotes and Moran Lock & Key was the least expensive with better reviews. I took an old door lock to them from the home I just purchased in order to have it keyed to match the new locks I just put in on the other doors in the home. They charge $ 8 for this service which is a pretty fair price. Definitely take the time to take the door lock off and bring it to them since they charge a $ 40 – 50 fee to come out to your home to do it.
Unfortunately the lock I brought them had previously been damaged and they could not repair it. We didn’t discover this until after they had rekeyed the cylinder so I still had to pay them the $ 8 (I didn’t argue this since they had already done the work).
I also had them cut copies of my house key and mailbox keys which were $ 1.50 each. They guys are really friendly and chill but they do get busy as the people who came in after me had to wait ~15−20 minutes.

I needed 2 Keys for my Toyota. They are transponder keys and have a chip in them that also needs to be programmed. I went to the Toyota dealership and the quoted me $ 201.00 for 2 Keys, and said it would take about 2 hours, but they didn’t have them and would have to order them. That gave me the opportunity to do some research on the keys. I contacted Moran locksmith and they made and programmed 2 Keys for me in 15 minutes. They charged me $ 120.00. I don’t know what I was thinking by going to the dealership. I always try to support local business first. Thanks guys.

Wonderful customer service. The store was very busy yet the family running still gave me quality service. Prices were extremely reasonable: one key and one watch battery for $ 8. They gave me an extra key because my lock was being difficult. They also sell various affordable merchandise such as hats, Chapstick, candy, and different locks. They have a mobile locksmith service. They were careful to make sure each key worked in each lock and said that if I wanted to come back, they could make me a better key. The young woman who changed my watch battery also checked to make sure the watch was working before charging me. Wow! I am impressed with this care!

Great and professional service overall. I have been calling around to have my boyfriend’s Nissan Truck keys cut and programmed and this place did it all. First, when I called I was greeted in a friendly matter. The woman on the phone asked all appropriate questions before having us go to the actual store. The staff were friendly and I highly recommend this place. Prices are definitely reasonable here. Dealership was charging $ 200 + for one key + programming, but we got our services here for extremely less than that! I’ll be coming back here if I need services again!
