went for ice cream ordered one soft serve in a cup barely got anything in it ordered one soft serve in a cone they gave it in a cup then when asked to put it in a cone it got smaller. Employee was smoking at the window in front of the no smoking sign at the window! completely disgusting! Will never return! By the way, this is the second time we have been there and gotten crummy service and crummy food thought we would try it again will never make that mistake again!!!

Wish they had more soft serve flavors other than just the weird flavoring they put on them. The food is always pretty good when I go.

Springfield, MA
Plenty of outdoor seating, nice ice cream selection, fresh food made to order. They were out of a bunch of stuff, which I attributed to the busy weekend (Brimfield fair going on, and beautiful weather), so I would have to go back again and maybe edit my review (up a star, most likely). Hubby got the fish sammy and onion rings, and both were outstanding. Soft serve ice cream was great. Creamy, good flavor, held up nicely on the cone. Many flavor burst choices, I got pistachio, and it was delish!
