Nick was awesome the entire time I was there. He’s very respectful and professional and patient. I was there for about 4 hours. He’s very honest and will not cheat you out of your money. I laid on pretty much all of the mattresses, some for longer than 15 minutes, and he had no problem explaining the differences between all of the mattresses. My first experience ever trying to pick one out… Nick helped a ton! It’s been an incredible experience!!! Definitely go here!

I replaced my expensive, five year old Tempurpedic because it was a hot bed. I needed to purchase a new mattress which is not easy because you have to really feel them out in the store. Nick was patient with my husband and I as we rested in several mattresses for what amounted to about four hours testing various mattresses on a Saturday afternoon. I bought a Stearns & Foster Pillow Top because it seemed cozy in the store. We got it delivered the very next day. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit too soft and had a marshmallow like feel; in other words, it lacked support. I called Nick and told him I wanted the other mattress we had researched extensively online. I saved a trip to the store. Nick handled the whole transaction, and as I write this, I am happily awaiting our new mattress scheduled for tomorrow’s delivery. A mattress swap would have been more difficult at Macy’s. I purchased my mattress on a Saturday, set the delivery for Wednesday 7−10pm. The mattress never came. I got no phone call, no information, NOTHING. I called customer service the next morning, and the woman told me I was scheduled between 12AM and 12AM, and I told her«absolutely not,» to which the answer was«This is what the computer said.» I was told I would get a call from the district manager. That never came! I waited until 10:05 to call the store and spoke to Brian or Brendon(I can’t remember for sure). When I gave my information he thought I was another customer and told me he could refund me $ 100, and mentioned that he already spoke to my husband. I told him I am not married, at which point he realized he had thought I was a different customer, and told me I could only be refunded $ 60. Finally, once I got my phone call telling me my mattress would be at my house soon, the driver started speaking in Spanish. I understand that I live in Miami, FL, but I answered him back saying«I’m sorry I don’t understand.» He answered by saying«DELIVERY.» Once he got here he was fast and efficient, I will say that. I just wish the customer service was better.
