Mattress Firm Falls

I was hesitant to shop at Mattress Firm after seeing a few news reports that showed they were selling used mattresses and passing them off as new. Thankfully, my concerns were unfounded.
Due to poor customer service from Macy’s Furniture Gallery, I found myself needing a mattress FAST! I called Mattress Firm and spoke with Mar. I told her my predicament, and asked her how fast they could deliver. She told me they could deliver their mattresses the very next day as long as it was in stock. I was thrilled and immediately headed to the store. When I walked in, Mar greeted me right away. She had me test out quite a few mattresses and explained their differences. She was very knowledgable! I selected a nice plush Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress that was on sale, and as promised, it was delivered the very next day. I immediately checked out the manufacturers tag on the mattress, and it was manufactured in 1÷2014… Definitely not used… The intact wrapping and strong «new smell» also assured me this mattress hadn’t visited anyone else’s home! I am very pleased with the product and service provided by Mattress Firm and highly recommend Mar to anyone needing a new mattress!

Ozzy is the best — and takes the science of sleep very seriously! After several mattress stores seemed to be trying to tell us whatever they had to to get us to buy something, dealing with Ozzy was so refreshing. He does not automatically recommend the most expensive mattress in the place, and gives honest recommendations on what is best for the customer’s needs (at least for this satisfied customer!). Plus, he himself looked for the best price on the internet for the mattress we wanted, and beat it. Then, when I went home and found an even better price, he beat that one, too! Cherry on the sundae — we unexpectedly needed to change our delivery date, which he did without batting an eye. Five stars for Ozzy!

Thanks to Mary Lou who is great by the way, she helped correct a major problem that we had at the Dadeland store (8833 S. Dixie). DO NOT go to the Dadeland store. They are rude and lie to you! You can read that review later if you so chose. Anyway, Mary Lou is honest and is truly out to help her customers have a great mattress buying experience. I was so thankful that Mary Lou was able to resolve our nightmare from the other Mattress Giant. If you are going to purchase, go see her. It will be well worth it. She only works Thu-​Sat.
