I am somewhat disappointed in the handling of our loved one. The people are nice and accommodating, however I had to call them six times over 8 days to find out when our loved one’s ashes would be ready. Not one person ever called me to keep our family informed of the process, or make us aware of any delays.
There is definitely a lack of empathy and compassion for grieving families.
