Had a great lunch there today while passing through the area. The sandwiches were tasty. And the friendly and helpful staff made for a terrific experience.

This place is a diamond in the rough. We love the good here and the staff is very nice! We drove by several times and decided to give it a try. It wasn’t too busy, and I feel that they are under-advertised. We would not know they existed if we didn’t drive through the area, and we are locals to Hershey.

The Rise & Shine burger was delicious. With a side of Philly Steak Fries, an exceptional lunch. Small diner with character.

I’m surprised that a majority of the reviews are from out-of-towners. While we had an okay visit, I pinned the ratings as a result of locals supporting a favorite breakfast spot, but I was wrong! It definitely has a «locals» feel to it and I expect regulars know how good it is and maybe keep it to themselves? We stopped in on a Sunday morning on our way home from Hershey Hotel. We were there not too long after opening. The service was friendly but could have been a bit more attentive. We had a direct comparison with the server who was working the table next to us and every time he walked away they would rave about him. They eventually told him he’d be a perfect fit to work at Hershey Hotel, ha! The food was okay but not knockin’ my socks off. I ordered one of these breakfast scrambles and asked to add sausage. Instead of mixing it in, they served it on the side which tells me they forgot to add it in. Not a big deal though. It’s small and cozy and I imagine there is a line out the door later in the day. All in all, it was a solid three star place. I wouldn’t rule out a return visit if we go to Hershey again.

Great burgers, but I’m especially fond of the pulled pork sandwich. Great for breakfast too!

Very small which makes you feel crowded. The waitress was sweet. However, no one was very attentive to the needs at our table. I was looking forward to breakfast, but since we missed that by a minute I opted for a burger since the reviews said they had great burgers. My burger was really great! The whole plate looked awesome. The disappointment came with the fries. There were four of us and all of our fries were burned or just hard and old. They should never had been served. The waitress brought out some fresh fries and they weren’t any good either. They took two of the fries off of the check. We also got a BLTA which was good and the San Diego chicken sandwich was okay. I am editing this review. We had to visit the restroom. You have to go through the kitchen to the restroom. The restroom is about 3 ft from the cook and the toilet was about to overflow.

There’s a good reason this place deserves five stars: know-how. Just look at the pictures and and then come experience it for yourself. They serve up delicious, fresh food. And they’re accommodating — at least in my experience(served me breakfast after hours but I won’t expect that every time). This is like Billy’s Diner in the Lehigh Valley, right here in lil olé Palmyra. The omelets are great, the breakfast potatoes with onions are great, the French toast is good too. Free wifi makes it a perfect fit for me. I’ll be back.

The food is great, the people are friendly and Michelle is the best thing about this place. We didn’t get to eat breakfast here which was one of the things that drove us here since there were so many comments about their breakfast but lunch was pretty good too. If and when we make it back to the area we will take a drive here. Worth every penny. Hats off to the cook in the back. He’s a big bearded cooking machine!

The best egg scramble ever. Sausage, sun dried tomatoes, caramelized onions(amazing), pepper jack cheese and delicious slices of grilled potatoes. The staff was friendly and even gave us samples of the apple sausage, which was delicious. Passing thru on our way from Indianapolis and found the restaurant by Unilocaling. We wish we had this diner back home.

Great find in a remote area, friendly staff and great food. Highly recommend if in the area. The crab grilled cheese is amazing with the avocado. The price is a little steep compared to other places around but it was worth it.

After friends and family, the best thing about coming home is food. Top That! quickly became my favorite home town restaurant and has kept the title for years. With their high quality of food, good prices, convenient location, and loyal customer base, this place is sure to stay a fixture of Main Street Palmyra for years to come. Home to countless restaurants over the years, 123 E. Main St. never had one that really made a unique mark. Top That! changed that vicious trend of closings by offering a big menu of uniquely Pennsylvanian fare with big sandwiches, fresh Philly breads and rolls, unconventional toppings, and large portions for a good price. The specials board also goes beyond the typical 1 or 2 items, with maybe 10 – 15 specialty sandwiches and other dishes; it’s always worth trying something new. I love the cheesesteaks, especially the Palmyra. The french fries are excellent as well, also available in Old Bay or Garlic. The burgers are huge and fresh. Breakfast options are vast as well, and a great value. Make sure to have scrapple if you’re just driving through. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch only, so make sure to check times before coming in. It’s a small place, but has plenty of seating. Décor is minimal and clean. There is a tiny bathroom that has been practically unchanged since the 1950s. It’s easy to walk here from anywhere in town, but there is also free street parking everywhere. For tourists in the Hershey area looking for a good meal, it’s worth the drive down. Make sure to say hello to the owner Matt! Hands down, my favorite restaurant in Palmyra.

I grew up in Hershey and now live in NYC. Because of this I find little comfort in the local food options when I come home. Pizza isn’t as good, no halal food around, good but not great Italian. There is one thing though that Hershey can hang its hat on and it’s this small hole in the wall about 10 minutes down the road. The burgers are AMAZING and fresh, something I can only find in some of the better NY spots. The fries remind me of one of the best fry places in NYC(which was lost in the explosion a few months back, but I’ll still plug Pommes Frites anyways) and the 4 or 5 breakfast options I’ve had were excellent. I do have to take away a star for space and hours. The place is tiny. It’s never been an issue but it just feels cramped even when there’s only two other tables taken up. And the hours, 7 – 2, keep me away most visits home. All in all a place you should absolutely check out if you’re in the area visiting.

Great place to stop in and have lunch. Wanted to try breakfast but it ended at 11am so we went with a sundried tomatoe chicken sandwich and crab grilled cheese sandwich with gingerbread coffee! Food was delicious and service was great! Would definitely stop by again :)

We stumble across this place after going to other restaurants and had a 40 – 60 wait time. We checked this app and found this gem, small but quant. The servers were very friendly, and the cook came and told us the favorites — Apple pie French toast and omelettes… and that’s exactly what we ordered… and throughly enjoyed. We will be back on our next trip to Hershey. I would have given 5 stars, but the bathroom… needs to be remodeled! Kudos to the servers a chef.

Really, really good food. Lots of options. We got the western burger and the crabcake. Try the old bay seasoned fries-yum! Service was fantastic! Server was great with our three kids

Came a year ago for breakfast and this restaurant is so welcoming I could not wait to come back. The atmosphere is so cozy. This time I ordered a cheeseburger medium and it was cooked to perfection. Very juicy and very tasteful. All the toppings are so fresh.

Summery: food is priced well, tastes good, comes out quick. Service is friendly and attentive. Great spot before going to Hershey. We got there right at the perfect moment on a Saturday morning around 8:15a.m. where we sat down and ordered within minutes. The server(Michelle) was very friendly, interactive, and extremely attentive to filling our coffees and keeping us happy! A few of our orders came out different than what we ordered; The kitchen is right next to the dining room and it didn’t seem like they weren’t interpreting the tickets correctly. They happily took back the food and replaced it with the correct order. The food was solid and tasted the way you’d want it to taste when you order it. They don’t take reservations so you might have to wait a few minutes, but the wait didn’t seem to go past 10 minutes.

Good place for breakfast on your way to Hershey, PA. The diner was small and was mostly with locals. Portions were large and the prices were very reasonable. Service was great throughout our meal. + Local Yokel — Pure gluttony with the amount of food we received. This could have been easily shared by two people. The meal came with 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, fried potatoes, sausage or bacon(from local vendor), and choice of toast. + Apple Pie French Toast — This was a unique item so I had to order it. It came with three pieces of toast and braised granny smith apples with oatmeal brown sugar crumb topping. My only gripe was that the sauce wasn’t warm over the toast. Shared bathroom in the side of the restaurant. It was really small and not quite the cleanest.
