We bought our shades from The Shade Store and separately booked measurement and installation with these guys. Alfred came on time and installed everything in our 3 story unit very quickly and with no challenges. The installation work looks awesome and he cleaned up after he left. Highly recommend. Quick and easy.

A guy from Alro came out to measure our windows and a few doors. We ordered shades from The Shade Store. While we had no issue getting the measuring done, we had a really hard time trying to get a followup install appointment made. We left voicemails, and called several times and it went straight to vmail.
We ended up installing the blinds ourselves and had no issue at all doing it ourselves. So 2.75 stars for service

Alfred measured and installed our roller shades from The Shade Store. They look stunning. We’re very happy with the work and the friendly service. He worked fast and the result is excellent. We opted for roller shades with no valance for a modern look so precise installation was key. Some were inside mounted and others outside mounted, and some windows were quite wide. Everything went smoothly and we will definitely use Alro again for future installations.

Gino from ALRO just installed my drapes in a new room addition. The construction company that did the work managed to install a sliding glass door off by ¼ inch. Gino was able to install the hardware and drapes so that the defective window installation was not noticeable. There also were two other gentlemen (from ALRO, just can’t remember their names) that installed my front room window blinds and they did a great job too. All three were very respectable and polite. This is a good company to work with!

Danny from Alro did a fantastic job installing my new Room & Board shades. I ordered shades for my son’s room and the master bedroom — one room was outside mount with a valance and the other was inside mount without a valance. Danny did the measurements as well and had good advice about the placement of the valance and the configuration of the shades below (the window configuration didn’t lend itself to an obvious solution). Scheduling the measuring and installation was a breeze. And the finished product is beautiful. I’m really pleased.
