I’ve been extreme happy with this place. The staff has always been helpful and gone out of their way to get me a better parking spot. I’ve been using the place for about 9 months, but had to move out for personal reasons. I would use it again if I ever need storage near Palo Alto. One last thing, despite the good location, they’re not even more expensive than other places.

The only thing worse than this storage is the way they treat people. The building is falling apart and the lady that manages the place needs to do everyone a favor and retire already. Anywhere else is better.

We’ve been using The Safe for two years. The prices are good, the location is very convenient, and the guys at the window are friendly and hard-​working. It’s always easy to grab one of the street parking spots directly in front of the entrance, so it’s a bit misleading to say there is only one parking spot. Your stuff may smell a bit like the Peet’s Coffee next door, so we have decided not to store any nice suits in our unit. Overall, we recommend this place.

This kind of place that makes you feel as though you are bothering the staff; when I say staff, I mean the one guy playing solitaire in the corner. If and when the guy does get out of his seat, he usually stares at you for what feels like eternity and waits for you initiate verbal contact.
If you’ve never seen a storage unit that closes at 2pm on the weekends, has one parking spot for over 400+ units, or refuses to fill out a contract because «we are going to close in fifteen minutes», come by and look at the creep in the window. In fact, don’t — just take my word for it.
