Gelato Classico has been around since my childhood. I have so many fond memories of this place and am so happy that it has stood the test of time as there have been so many new businesses/restaurants popping up all over throughout the years. The consistency is velvety, thick and creamy, exactly how I love my gelato. My favorite flavors have changed over the years but here are some I really like — Spumoni which is chocolate/fig/cherry/almond/orange– all in one scoop. It’s complex and delicious. –honey lavender, great for floral lovers like me — vanilla bean –white chocolate raspberry, and –lychee At some point they have burgundy cherry which was really good. I love going to Jing Jing right next door for some delicious Chinese food. Gelato here afterwards. And then catch a great indie flick across the street at the theatre. All 3 establishments have been around for 20+ years. I say this is great idea for date night. Or any night.
