It’s gone! I stopped by today at its usual location in the Stanford Mall, but it’s gone. I asked the surrounding stores what happened and they said it just closed up, and not relocated to another section of the mall. While this store didn’t have the greatest selection of Nine West shoes, it was very convenient location-​wise for me to return anything that didn’t fit right from

Love Nine West shoes but this store has some major work to do on their customer service. The girls who work here are always rude and I always feel like Im bothering them. I actually heard one of the girls who was behind the desk tell a customer «Im off the clock» when the customer asked her for a shoe size. and she wouldn’t wait on her. I could not believe it!

saleslady: here, i brought these out in a 9.5. we have 10’s but i didn’t feel like reaching for them.
what the s***!!! lady, you should be THANKING YOUR LUCKY STARS i don’t own nine west or i’d have fired your lazy butt on the spot. i hope you had fun cleaning up the mess i made. =)

I love that this store has a LARGE selection of shoes. When I’ve gone to other locations they don’t have the same quantity that this one does.
The layout is simple and organized, and if I need a size the sale associates are more than willing to help me. You can find some really good deals here. Especially when they’re having their 30% off sale (and that’s on top of sale prices!)

Recently bought 2 pairs of shoes form here and left a satisfied customer. The sales lady I believe her name was Selina, she was very sweet and was glad to help me out. Although they didn’t have a size in a particular shoe I wanted they do ship them free to your house, REALLY! Oh and did I mention they are having an extremely huge sale right now?

Hey… which girl doesn’t like shoes??? And if there is a sale and you get coupons (30% off on your entire purchase)… who can say «no» to that!!!
The girls are friendly and patient and that’s a big plus. because working with women in a shoe department can be very tiring and annoying… I even get sometimes annoyed by other customers because they try on a lot of shoes with no intention of buying them. and ppl. who want to buy have to wait because the salesppl. are occupied with those women who can’t make up their mind!

Guys, this is what it’s like when you are at the electronics store. Throngs of women digging through boxes upon boxes of footwear. I (we) may not understand the attraction, but you will understand the similar behaviour. Maybe the sexes aren’t so different after all.
