I’ve been working out with Sean for over 2 years, which is the longest I’ve ever been with a trainer. Sean is great in the following ways: — he’s certified and makes sure the exercises we do are done properly and safely. The last thing I want is to get injured while training, which has happened to me twice before — he’s reliable. I’ve had trainers who have trouble keeping the commitments, showing up on time, etc. Sean isn’t like that. He’s a professional. — he keeps it fresh so that I don’t get bored. He has worked various new techniques into our workouts and each month, he takes stock of where we are and adjusts. I have gotten good results and have stayed healthy while doing it. Highly recommended.
