Let me start off by saying customer service was horrible. The personality and attitude given by the two Indian workers here make you shy away to another Subway franchise with better service. The amount of veggies given by them is super stingy. They also do not honor Subway franchise coupons. I feel the owner is cheap, only looking out for money, rather than keeping customers happy and coming back. I will definitely not be coming back.

Fast service. Clean establishment. They skimp you out on veggies. Not even a handful. The portion is more like a spread out pinch. Don’t expect much of a sandwich bought here.

It’s just a sandwich shop, so I think 2⁄5 is a bit harsh, it was OK, just a bit lower than the average Subway. I was going to edit and re-word my review, but Unilocal won’t let me. The purpose of my review was to send a message that when you give the customer what they want instead of scrimping and charging a little more you would get more business and have happier customers. That is what I think as I find myself going out of my way to patronize those chain stores that do a little better than average and avoid the others. Take it for what it is worth.

I ordered three subs and one of them was burnt on the top in four big patches and the lady insisted«that’s they way we make them». I’ve eaten subway many times but never have I gotten a burnt sub. She was rude as I ordered the toppings on my other subs and gave me a lot of unnecessary attitude. When I asked for more pickles, she told me Subway has a «formula» for how many they can put on, which is something I have never heard of. After this experience, I most likely am not going to eat subway anymore, and I advise the company to train their employees on proper customer service.

It’s a smaller subway that is kind of hard to find at first. The employees were nice and worked quickly. It didn’t take long at all to get our sandwich made. The bread was nice and fluffy and all the ingredients were fresh. The restaurant and counters looked clean. You get the service and quality you expect from a subway here.

If I had the option to leave zero stars I would. The older asian lady who works the counter is hands down the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant I’ve ever been in. I walked into an EMPTY restaurant and wasn’t acknowledged for five minutes then was asked to take a seat until she was ready. The sandwich she made was as crappy as her unpleasant attitude and there were flies all over the produce. Stay away at all cost.

They literally count the amount of vegetables they distribute on the sandwiches here. I have NEVER experienced that at a Subway in the 10 years I have been going to this establishment all over California. Apparently they«have a formula» for how many of each veggie to put on the sandwich. If you want more than 6 pepperchinis you’ll have to pay 25 cents for 10 more… unbelievable!

I love subway and frequent the franchise often but at this particular one the server put a remarkably small amount of veggies on my sandwich, so I asked for more. I was told that there was a «limit» on how much veggies he could put on my sandwich. This struck me as odd because I have never faced this restriction at any other subways. I then asked if I could pay for extra veggies and again was told that no, the amount was restricted and there was nothing he could do. My friend followed me in line and got even less veggies from a now very surly worker! I’m talking a few soggy pieces of lettuce and a tomato or two. It’s not like we were going above and beyond on the veggies. Totally unacceptable. We both ended up with a sandwich containing about a fourth as much veggies as normal from subway. Very disappointing, I hope subway better regulates its franchise in the future so that we can get the quality we are used to. For now be warned, there are plenty of other subways nearby, do not come to this one or you will surely be disappointed.

I stopped by this Subway location on my way back to the office to pick up a sandwich. Subway sandwich, standard thorough-fare for a simple lunch. Easy peasy right? Not so much. Walked into Subway, checked out the menu signs and saw that they had some new sandwich specials. The sign listed the Chicken Cordon Bleu, Tuscan Chicken sandwich and Tuscan chicken salad on the same board with a deceiving $ 6 cost for these items. I ordered the Cordon Bleu and the cashier rang me up. The cashier appeared confused when it rang up at $ 7+. Confused cashier looks at the sign and asks manager why he can’t ring it up correctly. Manager looks at cashier, walks away and says the sandwich is $ 7+ and the Tuscan sandwich is $ 6. Looked back at the menu sign and saw how the deceiving $ 6 mark was on the Tuscan and no price was provided for the others. I know it’s probably corporate who’s in charge of signage and graphics, but the blow-off by the manager certainly didn’t help. Your own employee(cashier) and couple of customers next to me saw the sign and thought it was a $ 6 sandwich!!! Manager went off to help out customers and didn’t address the issue. I didn’t make a scene for a dumb dollar, but noted my displeasure at the store and doing so here also. Plus yes, the vegetables are slim pickings here. Never encountered this before at any Subway. I’d say they give about ½ the amount of veggies usual. I’ve eaten more subway sandwiches than I care to admit at other store locations. When inline, I heard from the manager that it’s a family run business and there was another location. Think it’s the other one on Middlefield that has the vegetable rationing problem. Can’t believe I’m spending my lunch time writing this stupid review for a lunch that didn’t need to be so complicated

The lady at this location of subway was pretty rude, has no sense on how to run a subway. I went there today to get lunch, she was in a hurry to finish my order even though there was no one behind me. She was in a major cost cutting mode to the extent of counting the number of spinach, olives and cucumber she put on my sub. I am pretty sure that is not as per subway standards. Even after telling here to put more, she was just picking up 2 of the items to add. I also heard her tell another customer before me that she will charge him 30cents for cucumber. Wtf???

Small but clean, this is a semi new location. Staff is friendly but I swear their 6″ bread keeps getting smaller and smaller :(

This is a brand new Subway. Been there a couple of times now. So far, it’s a very clean shop. None of that distinctive«Subway scent» that older Subway shops seem to acquire. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The sandwiches were fine and better prepared than some other Subways that are in the area. Finding a parking spot was easy.
