I haven’t been at a Taco Bell where I felt the person was so angry at working at Taco Bell that it made people uncomfortable.
It was a quiet atmosphere with an awkward person taking orders.
The guy didn’t have a name tag but looked like he had a glass eye.
Weird atmosphere caused by an a-​hole worker.

I understand that I’m giving one star to a taco bell, and it isn’t because of just my food, it’s the experience at this particular location. I went during lunch hour and it was pretty busy. One of the workers behind the counter was so slow and didn’t do what the manager (it seems) have asked him. The island where sauce packets and utensils were, was empty. The employee who was slow and not really attentive went and put maybe two handfuls of sauce in the pockets, slowly may I add, and started talking to my friend. I’m sorry but you’re working at a fast food chain during lunch hour and you’re talking and not working. Secondly, the older gentleman ringing me up kept leaving the register to do something else and would come back, start over, leave again, come back, start over, switch registers and it was getting annoying. Third, my crunch wrap supreme i got to go had NO meat inside. Just lettuce, tomato and sour cream. I didn’t ask for that, I was disappointed and I don’t plan on returning to this location.

I’ve been visiting this taco bell a few times a month for several years now, and it continues to decline. I personally love the company’s nacho cheese sauce, but this location hordes it like liquid gold. Even if I pay extra to have it added to an item, they want to provide only the tiniest dot of cheese hidden away in the last bite. On multiple occasions now they’ve started «forgetting» to put the cheese sauce on items that are supposed to come with it already, but today was the final straw and I just can’t let this slide any more.
Every item I ordered today should have had nacho cheese sauce as one of the standard ingredients, and NOT ONE item in my order had any hint of nacho cheese sauce at all. They’re not even trying to be skimpy anymore; they’re just ignoring this ingredient altogether and hoping their customers either don’t notice, or are too busy to drive back to have their order remade. I’ve tried calling corporate headquarters in the past to complain about this location, and all I can do is leave voicemail. They never ever call back.
Sorry guys, I’m done with you. You wanted to save a fraction of a cent on your mass-​produced cheese sauce, instead you’ve lost a steady, paying customer. Yeah, I know that partial penny adds up to a lot when multiplied by enough customers, but I’m no longer one of them. Corporate, if you’re actually reading this my last order number was 319 294 at location 28 837 on 7÷4÷2015 at 8:32 pm.

I called corporate and to this date, 2 – 3 months later I still haven’t received an apology or phone call from anyone.

Wow — what a mess. Came here for a quick lunch. Was going to use the drive-​thru but at the last moment I parked and went in. Restaurant was not busy at all. The cashier (Leti) was very friendly & professional, even though she looked like she. Nice smile.
Our food arrived seconds after we ordered it — this was the last part of our dining experience that left a good impression. Holding a tray, walking around looking for a place to sit and eat, I passed empty table after empty table — every one had remnants of the last diner’s meal. I can understand if the restaurant is completely swamped by customers that it might be difficult to stay on top of the cleaning, but it was 1:30 in the afternoon and there were no customers in line. In the 20 minutes we were there, I saw one person come in. When we left, the staff were standing around having a friendly conversation, oblivious to the mess surrounding them. There was literally not one single table in the whole place that didn’t need to be wiped down, and the floor was even more disgusting. It made me wonder how clean the kitchen could be if this is what the public areas looked like.
Speaking of the kitchen: one of our items was supposed to be sauce-​free, and the receipt said «no jalapeño ranch sauce» (so it wasn’t Leti’s fault) yet there it was, drowning in it. They quickly remade it without argument, but I reckon they should offer a drink or a dessert when they make a customer wait for them to remake their food. Depending on when I bring the mistake to their attention either I’m waiting for my remade item while the rest of my food gets cold, or I have to wait for them to remake it after I’ve eaten everything else and want to leave. So «please accept a beverage/​dessert because you are being inconvenienced as a result of our screw-​up» goes a long way toward ameliorating my irritation, especially since this item (quesadilla) always seems to get jalapeño sauce dumped all over it no matter what the customer orders. I don’t think I’ve ever purchased this item at any TacoBell location without having to send it back.
So all in all, this would be a 1 star review if the cashier hadn’t been so friendly and nice. But this place needs a visit from TacoBell quality control or the health department.

This place is slowly getting worse to me. It’s a hit or miss with the tacos, sometimes they are good, fresh, neatly prepared. Other times they just straight sloppy and soggy. I order the personal pizzas here as well, and have noticed that the breadsticks are getting worse, less seasoning, hard and stale, bleh!!! And they are really starting to skimp on the dipping sauce for the breadsticks. I also always order the iced mocha because it’s delicious but was disappointed the last I went they said they don’t have iced mochas anymore??? Why??? The service has been good and quick which is why I’ve given 2 stars. I most likely won’t be coming are as much as I used to, it’s just convenient because it’s a couple blocks away from my house.

They take forever!!! I waited so long just to get 2 Churros!!! Do not recommend, just go to a different Taco Bell with better service

I ended up here one time. Great stuff. Decided to go inside. It was 30 minutes before closing. Food on the ground. Spills at the soda fountain. Spills at the napkin/​hot sauce kiosk or whatever its called… stand…island…anyways, and the lone employee in the dining room, was detailing chairs. Wtf? Anyways, this employee stopped what she was doing and came over to take my order. Drink, taco and grilled study burrito is what I ordered. Out in my truck in the parking lot, drink, taco & grilled stuff burrito is what I got. I was ok with burrito mistake until second bite revealed guacamole. Can’t do guacamole. Now I have to try to go back inside the place, which closed 15 minutes early. I watched as employee locked doors at 9:45 pm. Luckily I had no problem there. I explained to the employee who let me, what my situation was, and she retrieved JESSE. Newly appointed kid manager. This guy said that I consumed the burrito therefore nothing could be done Really? Two bites? How else was I supposed to know it had guacamole on it? X-​ray vision? After hagling with him about it for two minutes, I told him he sucked at customer service and I would be back to get triple what the burrito was worth. This guy was on a power trip. He was smug. Juvenile. He loved the fact that he could refuse to do anything for me. He laughed at me and shouted, «have a nice day sir» as I tried to exit out a locked door (that shouldn’t even had been locked yet). I placed a call the next day to the location and spoke with a manager that sounded like he cared. His name was Aman. He apologized. Told me he would give me something that had a few burritos and tacos in it, along with a drink. Well JESSE?

Went at there at about 11pm, which three hours before they closed. They were out of bread sticks, out if churros, and cheese pizza. The pizza tasted like it was left out for about an hour and a half. I know this because I use to work for a Pizza Hut and ate my fair share of old pizza. Pretty disappointing.

Taco Bell is great for a quick quality meal. The service was good, they are always polite, prepare your food in a timely manner, and the food quality is good.
The Doritos Loco Taco is amazing. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Good Americanized Mexican fast food, the lines move fast, bathrooms were squeaky clean and didn’t have the regular public bathroom smell, only dislike is there wasn’t much seating so if they added outdoor seating that’d be great.

this place is one of the worst i have to say!!! lol… my friend was so mad at them because they told him they don’t need to offer him any condiments such as napkins, straws or sauces. its not their problem, they take only the orders, payment and deliver them when it’s completed! seriously lol… ha-​ha wow. you wonder why they are still working at taco bell. Mcdonald’s don’t even want them! seriously!

Maybe the weekend crew isn’t as good as the regular staff? A few complaints:
1) Unfriendly service at the drive through. Also, did not offer hot sauce.
2) Got a hard taco, and it was cracked straight down the crease, with all the stuff falling out.
3) Got a burrito supreme, and they brilliantly put all the sour cream in one big blob at one end of burrito. It was like biting into sour cream burrito at that point.

I come here quite often, as it’s close to my work.
Very convenient location for me, and relatively easy access from Bayshore Road/​101.
My review is actually about one of the employees there, Sherie at the counter, whom I encountered on my last visit.
The service at most Taco Bells is usually fast. Sometimes I have even had my order ready before I even finish paying for it.
I was impressed by Sherie as I saw her handle a difficult customer in line before me. Then after that customer, she was able to quickly and efficiently take my order, all with a big bright smile, and making sure that my visit was pleasant.
It was not just me, but I saw her take care of all the other customers with care and respect too. Besides working at the counter, she was also keeping herself busy restocking napkins, wiping down tables, and taking care of the entire restaurant when the order line was empty.
I was so impressed by her great service and attitude I had to stop by and say Thanks to her on my way out. I hope the management can see her great work and attitude, and have that as a role model example for all employees. Thank you Sherie!

Whoever said that all fast food joints are the same? if that is the case, how can you explain some Taco Bells that have a 1 star rating and some like this that have a 4 star rating.
Anyways, I feel bad for Taco Bell given the recent controversy about the «beef» that they serve. Even though I am not usually a fan I decided to pull over and in a show of support order some «beef» from them. The service was great and the food was decent. 4 stars from me. (3 + 1 sympathy star)

I needed to grab lunch quickstyle, and I only had two fast food joints nearby: Mickey D’s or Taco Bell. I opted for Taco Bell. Musta got suckered by the ads about the «refreshing» Limeade.
Ordered the #8 Combo with 3 crunchy tacos and a drink, the Raspberry Limeade.
Limeade was refreshing, but only because it was cold and it was hot out. Too sweet and the syrup wasn’t evenly distributed. Won’t get suckered again. Sonic has the best limeade! Now I’m craving a good limeade, so must go on a hunt for a Sonic close to my house. ..

It’s in East Palo Alto, but here’s a few nice things about this Taco Bell.
It’s also a Pizza hut! Yes, you can get pizza here too!
There’s also a drive-​in and in my experience, a decently clean bathroom. Usually plenty of seating and the characters here aren’t so seedy. You can get your Taco Bell fix here, no problemo.
