Have been to this Subway ever since it opened, but not at all for maybe 6 – 9 months until recently in April 2016 visit(twice). I don’t know if it’s new ownership or simply new employees with poor training, but the guys that work here do not make Subway sandwiches correctly. Aside from not knowing how to assemble or how much ingredient to use in a Subway sandwich(4 slices of cucumber on a foot long sandwich? Same quantity for other ingredients. Don’t ask me after each ingredient what I want after each time I tell you politely, EVERYTHING. A little mayonnaise request does not mean squirt and cover the sandwich in mayo until I can barely see the meat and veggies.), the employee(s)(male) don’t know how to wrap the sandwich either. The white paper is NOT just a cutting board. You are supposed to wrap the sandwich tightly in this, and then use a knife to cut the wrapped(in white paper) sandwich in half. Then you use the branded paper to wrap the sandwich(still in the cut white paper). Do not transfer the bare sandwich by hand while trying not to spill the ingredients. That is why you wrap it in white paper! The last and maybe most important observation is that the same employee(s) also work the cash register without removing or replacing their food prep gloves before making the next sandwich. This happened to me, and I didn’t want to hold the queue up by asking them to make me a new sandwich… but I will next time if I ever return.

I’ve always been a subway customer. Honestly a great location. The staff here are really great. I have been here many times and it is the best Subway I have ever been to. I always leave feeling satisfied and happy to return.

Well been to one, been to them all. However nice and friendly staff whom care about the people whom walk in. A sandwich is just a sandwich, there’s nothing different other than the staff that makes it taste better when they smile as they make it.

The service at this location was exceptional. The folks were cognizant of my family’s Vegetarian beliefs. The changed their gloves every time cleaned the knives, and the surface counter even though it was already clean. They treated us with respect and it was great to see good service.

This is one of the smaller Subways. But the people are nice. Cups are dirty. Parking is limited, so you will have to park across the street.

just another chain subway. no seating. friendly enough people, but how about a burrito next door at el rancho? tastier and probably healthier. oh, there is not much parking either, unless you park across the street by the laundry mat.

Funny, only one review and it’s a one-star review. Statistically, that’s a tiny«n» and an outlying variable, so I guess I’ll throw my two cents in. It’s a Subway. The food is the same, the look is the same, the price is(pretty much) the same. The location of this one is good if you’re working at the VA Hospital across the street, which I was today… so that was a bonus. Didn’t have to drive. My customer service experience was just fine. They were quick, friendly-enough, and my sandwich was just what I expected? Five stars? Hardly. It’s a Subway. It’s quick and it’s cheap. But this one was certainly in the top half of the Subway pile, regarding cleanliness, customer service, and speed… so four stars to balance things out a bit…

wow this place sucks big time on customer service. nobody has any personality, it’s like they HATETOWORKTHERE. then maybe they shouldn’t. I went in too day and asked for my bread and which sub I would like them to make. I said subway club and after she cut the bread she already forgot in 10 seconds what I order. that didn’t really bother me much. then she asked if i like cheese and I said no just toast bread. when she started to put the meats for the subway club she asked again if I wanted cheese. at this point i was like ok maybe she’s having a bad day and can’t remember one easy answer. mind u it was dead in store, so those no room for error but there sure was. Then i asked for everything(that comes with the sub without extra charge) minus olives and jalapeños. Then she asked me if i want spinach too. When i just clearly said everything but olives and jalapeños. At this point she really doesn’t care about remembering anything i say… Then way asked me if u don’t bother to try to remember what I just answer. Then I asked for salt& pepper and some sauce. Then she reaches for avocado. When i never asked for it.(that doesn’t include everything because u pay extra for that and they usually ask before adding to sub) i said no avocado and she said i asked for it. I never said such. now I’m mad because she really showed me she doesn’t care what I want on my sub. Customer service sucks there. just the other day i went in and this other young lady couldn’t remember anything i asked for. she even mixed up my sub with someone else’s. ANDYESITWASSLOWAGAIN. Plus she wasn’t wearing a hat. i don’t like hair in my food. This place is run by little kids who still need there mommy to tell them how to do things right. THEMANGERNEEDSTOCHECKHISSTAFFBECAUSETHEYDONTKNOWWHATTHEREDOING. i love subway but there service sucks big time. i don’t recommend anybody going there. there so rude. u can’t get a job where u deal with people if ur customer service isn’t at their highest. I’m a cook and i know u have to treat the customer right or they won’t come back. i really hope they change or more bad reviews will follow.
