I caught a nasty piece of malware last month and called TBone Technologies for help largely because they are right in my neighborhood. Tyler came to fix my computer (a PC running Windows XP), and he was friendly and professional, explaining all along what had likely happened to my computer and what he was doing to fix it. The malware turned out to be the kind of pernicious beast that seems to actually resist removal (it was a virus masquerading as my McAfee anti-​virus), but Tyler found a way to get rid of it. He even followed up by email about a week later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. I lost no data and was very satisfied with the service and price, and I will definitely go to TBone Technologies again if I need computer help.
